One problem I have with this McDonalds is that when I place a online order to pick it up at the counter my sodas is empty and they always want you to fill it up yourself, If I place a pickup order it should be ready to GRAB AND GO not for me to do someone elses job

Very time i go here they give you attitude when you tell them your order and they messed up. Items always missing have to wait 10-20 mins in line when theres 3 cars ahead of me or its worse inside. This is getting really ridiculous. Coming here seems its a hassel. Its up the street from my house but its seems like i have to go to lakewood or somewhere closer

So unprofessional, worst customer service ever, unethical late-night policy's, I was working one late night Ubering food and it was extremely cold and they made me wait by the front door for the food when it all could of been done by a drive thru, also take forever for "fast food" to come out, like if you gonna work late be up to part otherwise don't do a job you can't handle. All in all staff needs to be changed ASAP!!!

I just bought two Fillet-O-Fish and I must say that was the best I ever had. Fish was fresh out the grease still hot and juicy. Just enough tartar sauce and the cheese was melted.

On January 20,2025 I went here for lunch. No one was at the cash register. I was the only one in line. I had to call an employee over. I waited like 4-5 minutes for them to notice I was there. I placed the order. And the person walked away. Then I had to wait like 4-5 more minutes for the food. I’ve been there before. The employees have no sense of urgency. When I was a kid. McDonald’s gave you your food in 30 seconds. Hot and accurate. Speed it up. And acknowledge your customers that you’re on it.

The service at this McDonald’s was fast and friendly, and the food was fresh and hot. Fries were crispy, and the Big Mac tasted great. Dining area was clean, but it got a bit crowded. Overall, a solid visit!

I just don't know how the rest of the McDonald's on the west side of Cleveland except Lakewood both of those McDonald's what's 150 and West 117th and Lakewood are outrageous on their coffee everywhere else 219 those two locations 239
