One problem I have with this McDonalds is that when I place a online order to pick it up at the counter my sodas is empty and they always want you to fill it up yourself, If I place a pickup order it should be ready to GRAB AND GO not for me to do someone elses job

On January 20,2025 I went here for lunch. No one was at the cash register. I was the only one in line. I had to call an employee over. I waited like 4-5 minutes for them to notice I was there. I placed the order. And the person walked away. Then I had to wait like 4-5 more minutes for the food. I’ve been there before. The employees have no sense of urgency. When I was a kid. The service at this McDonald’s was fast and friendly, and the food was fresh and hot. Fries were crispy, and the Big Mac tasted great. Dining area was clean, but it got a bit crowded. Overall, a solid visit!
