Service is terrible. Attempted to go for an early breakfast ended up waiting longer then I should have, didn't even waste my time to get anything cause staff was too busy.

Horrible store its not the first time iv been there and had issues this time broke the camels back as they would say.. ordered a mcdoubke meal and big Mac meal mcdouble came with nothing but meat and bun.. I didnt ask for plain.. big Mac came with no lettuce or cheese.. fries cold nuggets cold.. complete waste of money and ill never be back to spend my money at mcdonalds ever again.. after this situation is fixed I won't be back ps.. I tried to call store and it says the number has been disconnected.. very unprofessional to have a number on Google that dont work... if u want hot food take ur money else where
My first time here & on the west in a long time . My first look inside McDonalds gorgeous, I then went to the restroom absolutely clean & no smell . I then went to place my order with no long wait time but I received my order the food was delicious & pippin hot freshly cooked. Awesome!! 😇 I had to talk to the manager to express how excellent the service for. If anyone is on the west visited the Mc Donald ‘s at 14235 Puritus road, you will enjoy the service experience & the hot food. Thank you McDonald

Yesterday at around 2:20pm I placed my drive thru order when I got to the window the employee just shoved the card reader at me to pay and I asked what the balance was and she got mad, rolled her eyes, and gave me an attitude because I asked for my balance. Then when I went to insert my payment she took my card again with an attitude to do the tap herself. That was really bad service. After that rude experience I will avoid going to that location again.

It says it is open 7:24 on Google Maps but I came to the shop and it is not open and there are lights on inside and people are not interested. Please go immediately. This situation is very bad, it is very helpless and it is not a good thing. If you are providing a service, please provide a high quality service. You will not provide this, do not provide it at all.
