This is the slowest McDonald’s ever. Waited 45 minutes in a curbside pickup spot and they literally never brought me my food. I went back around the drive through and was told they didn’t have my order. I pulled out my receipt and they were still skeptical to bring me my food. When I got my order it was wrong and they were rude to me when I brought it up. There’s a McDonald’s about a mile away and I fully recommend using that one instead.

I went to McDonald’s to do a DoorDash order and was told to pull to second window. When I get to the second window the employees seem to ignore me. Literally sat there for 10 mins. Service is horrible and attitudes are bad. It was a young one with brown and blue

Today, I went and when I drove up to pay, no one was present at the cashier window. I waited a little and then drove to the second window, handed a young man what I had to pay. He took the money and then returned it. He gave us the wrong drinks and my daughter had clarified the situation three times to the same young man. We waited over 20 minutes for our order and to pay. It isn’t the first time but it is the last.

Customer service absolutely depletes any type of food they can serve! I came in with a birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday, asked the lady at front counter for permission of this just to clarify. The same woman then proceeds to repeatedly complain about having to leave to pick up her kids in front of all of the customers for everyone to hear. I am a single mother so i get that, but what followed was no excuse! She then proceeded to go & lock the doors at 5:10 pm on a Wednesday night so that she could leave work early. I had multiple people coming in for my 4 year olds birthday & had to go open the door for them, i shouldn’t have to do that at a public place but lets be for real! One of the women joining my daughter’s birthday party stood at the front counter for a good 15 minutes before this same woman FINALLY came & told her she had to order at the kiosk. Nobody HAS to order at the kiosk, it is an option, but to allow a customer to stand there for 15 minutes before even entertaining them… wrong! This same woman SCREAMED at one of my other guests for my daughters birthday party because i had to open the door for this guest & this woman started screaming at her that “the doors are locked for a reason”! Absolutely disgraceful! There is a sign on each door that states the dining room is closed between 3-4pm, NOT at 5:15 and pm because YOU do not have your personal affairs in line!! You do not have the right to mess with somebody else’s day just because yours is not going right!

My experience was ok. We had a bit of a wait, maybe about 5-7 minutes for fresh hashbrowns, but weren't in a hurry. The employees were average and made the exchange OK. I'd visit them
Zero customer service not clean at all bathrooms gross dining room area is gross and unkept. Managers are rude when u bring order back tLetting them know they gace u wrong g order or food . They have u pull up no matter how big or small order is and u wait for 30 minutes or more for them to bring ur food

My daughter and I go here frequently, pretty much our second home lol, customer service I pretty good, I have no complaints, we always dine in because of the playground inside,so we pretty much chill for awhile whenever we go.I absolutely love the hot mocha coffee,I get every single time. Relax and drink it while my daughter burns energy inside the playground lol. They could do a little more cleaning around the dinning room area but it's not trashy. We love going here and will continue.

Ordered three double cheeseburgers a mc-chicken and a 6 piece nugget. Guy hands me a bag says “double cheeseburgers” and I take the bag. It’s two ten piece nuggets. Guy doesn’t even know what he’s handing to customers.
