Consistently bad service. I ordered a bacon egg & cheese biscuit with breakfast sauce, and received a bacon, burnt biscuit with sauce. I immediately let the girl in the window know, she took the sandwich and gave right back. I moved ahead not to hold up the line, only to find an egg was put on the burnt bread. I went inside and explained to the manager, he threw away the sandwich and shortly after slapped a greasy wrapped sandwich saying “right sandwich, wrong wrapper”. It indeed was not the correct sandwich. I will continue to NOT shop here, there is better service at the East Cleveland & E. 105th St locations.

Fries 🍟 set in grease to long timers going off wasn't golden at all, giving people wrong orders twice 🤣 fish sandwiches cold, and they were to be fresh to order, atmosphere getting a little toxic, negative energy between customer and management.

Their door was locked at around 6:30 PM even though the posted hours say they close at 9 PM. The service here is incredibly terrible. The crew is as unprofessional as it gets and I refuse to give this place my business again. Even when you are able to get inside to place an order through the app, they take forever and a day to get it. Specify you want no pickles on your burger? Pickles it is. Walk up to pick up an order cause you're not driving? Good luck getting it without attitude from the staff and that's if they bother opening the door up.
I have never seen or been to a more unprofessional establishment than this one. Today is the final time I will visit this place. I will either drive to a better one or not be bothered at all. It's simply inexcusable to see crew members just shooting the breeze with folks, make eye contact with you on the outside and they just act like you're an inconvenience to them.

This particular McDonald's, the speaker system, was down and had to give app order at the window. Was told no coffee and asked them to remove it from the order, but I was still charged for the coffee.

This location has the worst customer service and deliverance. I believe it starts from within because even managers are totally disrespectful, rude and abrasive, and lack proper communication skills. There is a white guy that works at the drive through window in the morning. I usually stop at this location for my morning coffee before work its part of my daily routine; however, every morning this guy finds a way to be just nasty it’s so shameful. I have decided to drive a few extra miles away to a different location in hopes of finding better services and communication
Front counter was neat and Cashier was attentive and very courteous. Drive-Thru is double laned and order ahead on the McDonald's App to just pull up and pick up. Curbside pickup is also available.

Everytime I come here they either only taking orders from the app which I don't have or they take your order and make you pull up for like 15 damn minutes!!! I hate even coming here! Most times I ride past and go further out to another more professional one. I definitely wouldn't recommend this one to anybody!!!

The environment in this McDonald’s is just Tired, Annoyed, Irritated, I only come to get a coffee (iced mocha) which the manager made HOT when showed her my receipt stated ICED and I don’t mind waiting, she snatched the coffee and remade it. Everyone is agitated, the guy on the table making sandwiches, RICO, ate a hash brown— WITH GLOVES ON— then pulled his pants up— WITH GLOVES ON— and continued making food, notified the manager and she seemed irritated that I noticed, then they had a huddle, discussing getting “wraps” and “shells” to smoke weed out of , in front of the entire store. Went to buy a shell, and went outside in the parking lot to smoke weed. I just got my coffee and left. Not an environment to be with your child or children either.
