I ordered a fish fillet customized and received the standard fish fillet which has too much tartar sauce for my taste, and I'm not pleased that I paid for an extra slice of cheese I didn't receive or get the pickles.

Sat in Drive thru line for 20 mins at 8am on a Saturday with only 3 cars in line no acknowledgment whatsoever cars honking horns , yelling at the loudspeaker and nothing … Cancelled my mobile order and left and went elsewhere

They don't like you to come inside the restaurant. They service the drive thru quickly, but when you go inside, they don't even acknowledge that you are there. They just go about their business preparing food for the drive thru. I have yet to see a manager in there.

I place my order online and I was waiting in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes. Tired of waiting I went to the window pick up and knock on the window the lady said something and ignored me then the manager come and I show him the I had a mobile pick up order and he prepped it up for me but takes to long . The restaurant said online and in the app was open but they wasn't right open was 6:30am

This location is terrible. The staff is unkept and dirty. The men are wearing pants sagging and they need to pull their pants up. This place is dirty and there are people just coming in and sitting near the restroom sleeping. The staff are using foul language and do not care that there are customers. I bought two apple pies and when I opened my bag the boxes were dirty and one was open. I will NEVER come into this location again. TERRIBLE PLACE
