There were two drive thru lines. I was in the outside one. The automated voice asked me if I was using the McDonald's app. I said no. Meanwhile the inside lines asked the same questions. The cashier took their other. Then another. Then another ... I waited. Then asked if anyone was there. They had waited on the customer before me. I waited around 25 minutes all told. Then I backed up and went into the inside drive thru line and was waited on. They didn't have Sprite. I don't drink soda with dyes in them. The guy who took my money didn't care about me waiting. He just shrugged his shoulders and gave me change. McDonald's food is universal, but service and empathy is lacking at this store.

Can there the drive thru brought a 6 piece kids meal and a chicken deluxe meal when I got home the kid meal was missing the nuggets so I drove back to McDonald's and had to get another meal but was bother because one of the employee was eating while making the food.

McDonald's has become a corporate wall that doesn't care about its customers. First of all I'm going to blame corporate. When you go in their kiosk doesn't work if you're not on their app. You can't order from the main cash register. All I wanted was a cup of ice and I'm willing to pay for the cup.Of course the kiosk is not going to have a cup of ice. She's telling me I have to pay the whole price as though I'm getting a drink.I am just fed up with corporate greed and apathy for their customers. McDonald's can go down the tubes like Toys r Us for all I care.They have taken way too much of my money and now they are nowhere near worth what they charge. The AUDACITY. Can't wait till they fail.
Horrible location smoothie and frappe machine always down manager outside smoking cigarette cussing somebody out on the phone loud while it’s super busy workers are very rude and unprofessional like as a community u are in the center get it together always yelling instead of talking to the young People respectfully and best believe if u get out ur car to go inside you are going to be waiting a while they take care of drive through first even if they came after you

I when when it first opened I ordered to McMuffins they gave me to McGriddles instead I got to work and noticed that I had the wrong order I took them back and they hurried and gave me MCmuffins and when I got back to work I open this sandwiches and ate them and they were both hard as bricks like they were from the day before.
