I’m so sick of this McDonald’s. I go months avoiding it every time I have a bad experience, hoping it would be better when I come back, but NOPE! I got pulled up and waited 20 minutes for this. Barely any cheese or sauce, and it’s not even hot. I literally have to drive extra miles just to get McDonald’s and pray it’s right because this place always leaves me disappointed. Somebody have to do something.

Half of the time I go up there my coffee is made wrong, there are some specific people that know how to make it and some others don’t and I appreciate when the managers make it because they make it by what the request says. They never put any creamer in my caramel latte, even when I ask for extra creamer, these people lack common sense reading simple words. Or even when I ask if they could put more creamer in my coffee they give me creamer cups but they’re not enough to make my coffee look lighter and appealing. Please please please stop messing it up :(.

Got off of working my 12hour shift stopped to get food , i get home and there’s a nasty curly facial hair on my eggs ! I call up there and speak to the manager she asked if i wanted to drive back up there i told her no i just got off a shift i have to go to bed . She told me i could come back tomorrow she will put my name in the book ! I get to McDonalds today and the manager gave me the hardest time because THEY forgot to write my name in the book i even showed her the picture and the call log in my phone from yesterday and she still with a smirk on her face kept saying well your name isn’t in the book well no shit cause yall are lazy and forgot to write it ! Smh unprofessional ass management they have running this place . Idk how they are still in businesses clearly employee hygiene and cleanliness is something they lack !

Not only was there a physical fight right outside the restaurant with one of the employees and a customer, I simply just wanted some bbq sauce with my meal because they FORGOT to give me some. Then continues to tell me I have to PAY for it while not believing me when I said I never got any. Unprofessional and unacceptable! Will not be returning.

I’ve never been to a McDonalds so fast. I come grab a coffee when I pass by, I’m in line for 60 seconds or less every time. It’s become a game now, how many seconds does it take. 45 today.

Very happy with my experience here. Xavier was a great employee who went above and beyond to take care of me. This McDonald's is very modern and seems better staffed than other locations in the area. It was also clean and very large.
I ordered a double quarter pounder and my food came out pink after telling them I want it well done. The place is dirty and slow will never go back again…
