no lettuce no pickle, can't get that right, Sharon pa downtown, bad
get rid of yhose sorry a.m. managers. If you suppose operate two lines why are you only taking orders form 1 line. I had to go directly to the window to order, because whom ever working the drive thru fail to take orders from both lines. Poor customer service.
Just waited in line with only 3cars in front of me...one at the order kiosk another waiting, one behind that car and then mine. I waited 10 mins to place my order only to be told they didn't have any salads. I was then trapped in the line for almost 6 more minutes before the cars moved up enough so that I could get out of line and go to work. Some stores have kids play areas, like the one on Clark Ave. Customers appreciate hard-working workers like MYLES who are pleasant and dedicated. The hope is that McDonald's continues to cater to young kids and families, keeping them in mind with their menu and amenities.
