They stop serving customers at around midnight to 1:00am and only take DoorDash orders and they close at 3:30am. I go on my lunch break regularly and I work the 11pm- 7am night shift and it’s the same thing every night but they claim they’re short and don’t realize that I come every day. The staff do what they want to. They just close when they get ready or when it gets busy, they just stop taking orders from the public. I’m sure corporate doesn’t know this. Does no good to ask for a manager. They’re the ones approving it. that’s OK because Wendy’s right around the corner is getting all of that business.

Drive thru’s screen is not working properly and service is so slow I waited in drive thuru for 15 minutes than i got my order I’ll never come again at this location
Sat in my car for 20 minutes for a curbside order went inside finally got my food get home and they can’t even give me the right order but what can u expect from a McDonald’s in east

Starting off the men's room was out of hand soap in both dispensers. Only one hand dryer worked but wasn't much power behind it. The staff was more worried about their phone and their own conversations than the customer/work. It did seem like the male manager was trying to get stuff done and be professional. They don't do refills on soda, I'm not sure about coffee. I've never been to a McDonalds that doesn't offer refills on paid drinks.
