They just a little slow
Its a McDonald's, same as always
Clean with a very responsive staff. Food was hot and correct, which is rare at a McDonald's these days.

Slow, orders are wrong, unreliable hours, quality of food is low (condiments not even on the burger)
The door says they open at 6:00 a.m. it's 6:38 they're not answering the door they're not answering the phone went to Drive-Thru asked when they're opening the lobby they don't know placed an order through the drive-thru window drove away food's not correct drinks not correct will not go back

Don't go here is you want FAST food lol đ Other than that I'd say it's fine .
There was a line of customers in the drive thru and still the fries were cold and my sandwich was not even wrapped in the wrapper, maybe half wrapped and it was cold as well. The time to get my food was fairly quick and they seemed to have lots of people working but to get cold food was very disappointing

This location will never have the frappe machine working and apparently you have to wait 15 minutes for a large fry. Itâs probably better to shut this location down already
The let's you wait there's not costumer inside i am the only one they are talking screaming drinking and the tell me wait I wait for 15 min for this clown take my order

The most ridiculous McDonaldâs experience Iâve ever had, I ordered ahead through the app so my food would be ready by the time I got to the drive-thru. When I finally got there, they told me they gave my order to someone else. Fine, mistakes happen, I can wait a bit. But then I sat there for 15â20 minutes waiting for a simple 20-piece McNugget.
There was no one else in the drive-thru. I could literally see everyone inside just standing around, chatting with each other. When I finally asked why it was taking so long, the girl at the window laughed, said âwell he should be doing it but heâs just running around, Iâll just do it myself,â and then slammed the window shut in my face.
Even the friea tasted so bland, they didnât bother to salt them after i specifically mentioned in the app to salt them
Absolutely unbelievable. Iâve never been so irritated by such complete lack of care or professionalism ,over something so basic.

Shame on me for giving this store a second chance. Had to contact McDonaldâs customer service because they canceled my order. I placed through the mobile app instead of ringing it out and processing it in the computer, then accuse me of canceling it, then accuse me of lying when I showed them that it was charged to my bank account. Had to contact McDonaldâs support in order to get help. and Iâm Not even complaining about the fact, I had to wait 20 minutes just to find out they canceled my order
Follow up; apparently this incompetency does not have to do with justice McDonaldâs apparently all cross the board because McDonaldâs told me to report it to their website Which I did and then they said they couldnât help me, even though they were the ones who asked to report it and the store said they couldnât do anything complete waste of time And a company that used to be somewhat respect

Came here twice in 2 days and my orders were askew each time, both having to do with the sweet tea. They got the 2 plain fish sandwiches correct, which has proven to be a feat at the 222nd street Micky Dee's but on day 1 the tea was NOT sweet. On day 2, my sweet tea with NO ice, (that's how I always order the tea), came with ice in it. When I told the young lady that I asked for NO ice, to my disbelief, she picked up an ice-scoop and actually scooped the ice out of the drink and gave it back to me, instead of just pouring me another one..! Whatever happened to customer service?
