They don’t even take your order in the drive thru. They then ask you to come inside. They are dire need of new management! The atmosphere is toxic and customers can tell.

This is the worst possible McDonald's you can go to.Sitting 20 minutes in the drive through and never getting. I Warner. The management is terrible and the workers are rude. Enough food is nasty if you ever get it

Never even was able to order. Tried 3 times in drive through line and they kept asking for our order. Then just pulled up to the window and lady was extremely rude. We just left and went to the BK up the road and got great
This McDonald’s sucks. The people there don’t seem to care about anything. Food at McDonald’s is usually a little sloppy everywhere you go but this place is worse. They charge for even one condiment and I paid for one and they didn’t even put it in the bag in the drive thru. Fries were old and unsalted. This place doesn’t seem clean at all though most restaurants aren’t the cleanest. I wouldn’t trust this place. Never been here before so I didn’t know. Won’t be going back.

This McDonald's near the Cleveland clinic main campus is awful. They're slow and they have racist workers.
