This McDonald’s on Pearl & Denison is more than just fast food — it’s a reminder that kindness still exists. I’ve eaten at many McDonald’s locations, even the mansion one in Independence, OH… but none compare to this one.
What makes this spot so special isn’t just the food — it’s the people. We live in a beautifully diverse neighborhood, but with that comes real-life challenges like poverty. I once saw a man loitering outside, and another customer stepped up and gave the cashier money so he could eat. No questions asked. No judgment. Just pure compassion.
The employees here treat everyone with respect, no matter their background or situation. They don’t just serve — they care. Even my service dog-in-training, Hazel (or as I call her, my angel), has been welcomed warmly. We’ve sat and eaten together with zero issues — just smiles and kindness all around.
Love sees no color at this McDonald’s. The atmosphere is warm, the people are real, and the compassion is unmatched. If you’re looking for more than just a meal — if you’re looking for humanity — this is the place. Thank you to the staff for being the heart of the neighborhood. ❤️

The worst McDonald's on the west side. How bad are the employees that they cannot count to 7. Missing all my condiments, missing food, sandwiches were all wrong. A broken ceiling fan could have made a better meal than the employees here.

I ordered a coffee, but they said the coffee machine was broken and that I had to wait 20 minutes. They didn’t offer me anything instead! So I ended up without coffee!

The woman at the counter was nodding out of something
Two weeks ago they gave my order to the wrong car and then came back to tell me it's now lunch they can't give me what I paid for because I ordered breakfast and now they changed to lunch. Today the lid on my coffee kept coming off because the top of the cup was damaged and yes it burnt me and I found a long hair in my biscuit and gravy also ordered a sausage muffin and got a mcgriddle. This store screws up my order at least a couple of times a week, I'm just one customer. The store at Denison and Pearl in Cleveland has major problems

Hey guys, I have visited this location 2x. I don't do McDonald's unless it's breakfast and only because I drive for work & have layovers. Anyhow, I tried the breakfast wraps which weren't that good. Hash browns are the best. I also ordered coffee. My 1st vist was the big breakfast. I have to say that this is the best McDonald's I've been to in awhile! Always clean, even the restrooms! Customer service is good as well and I didn't have to wait long for my food. I will return again. Probably the ONLY one I will ever return to if I'm purchasing anything.

The manager refused to give me another sandwich, which my original sandwich had hair in it from the other employees. And she gets smart doesn’t even apologize for the situation. And told me she couldn’t give me a free sandwich.
