The worst McDonald's on the west side. How bad are the employees that they cannot count to 7. Missing all my condiments, missing food, sandwiches were all wrong. A broken ceiling fan could have made a better meal than the employees here.

I ordered a coffee, but they said the coffee machine was broken and that I had to wait 20 minutes. They didn’t offer me anything instead! So I ended up without coffee!

Two weeks ago they gave my order to the wrong car and then came back to tell me it's now lunch they can't give me what I paid for because I ordered breakfast and now they changed to lunch. Today the lid on my coffee kept coming off because the top of the cup was damaged and yes it burnt me and I found a long hair in my biscuit and gravy also ordered a sausage muffin and got a mcgriddle. This store screws up my order at least a couple of times a week, I'm just one customer. The store at Denison and Pearl in Cleveland has major problems

Hey guys, I have visited this location 2x. I don't do McDonald's unless it's breakfast and only because I drive for work & have layovers. Anyhow, I tried the breakfast wraps which weren't that good. Hash browns are the best. I also ordered coffee. My 1st vist was the big breakfast. I have to say that this is the best McDonald's I've been to in awhile! Always clean, even the restrooms! Customer service is good as well and I didn't have to wait long for my food. I will return again. Probably the ONLY one I will ever return to if I'm purchasing anything.

The manager refused to give me another sandwich, which my original sandwich had hair in it from the other employees. And she gets smart doesn’t even apologize for the situation. And told me she couldn’t give me a free sandwich.
Very disrespectful manager needed to be replaced, got my order wrong had me wait and had a very bad attitude. Needs to remember what establishment they work in.

Worst McDonald's in America... I try to avoid this location at all cost because over the last 10 years it has did nothing but go downhill I stay away even tho it's in my neighborhood 1 minute away. Today after a 13 hour day I decided to try out this location for the first time in a while. My issue is when you order something the cashier has 1 job, that's to listen to the customer with that then document said order, give total, collect, give out order. That's it. Simple right? No matter what time of day it is the order is never correct. To go back to a fast food place 3 times for 1 meal is out of this world. Then to have someone that portrays a leadership role (Head Manager) but doesn't know how to tell someone how the transaction would go and are rude to them. How am I to know I am supposed to know to bring back the cold soggy fries or pop to get my full refund. That trash is at my house that I left 3 times, trying to come get my messed up sandwich that should have been done right the first time. It's not hard. I work in management myself. I will tell you what even though I know we are in the hood and you had to gather management out the sewer, it's not that hard to just listen and do it right the first time. Can we just throw this whole McDonald's away and start over. The point of reviews are to give to them out to businesses to try and help them get recognition or get better and sadly for this location it will never happen.

It's Mickey D's this location is good food is mostly always fresh, crew is nice. It's not bad for quick meal or hot snack and DQ is just across the road for good ice cream...
