Tuesday 2/25/2025, heading to work, stopped by to get the #9 breakfast meal. Drive-thru dude took my order. He had no personality, nor was his demeanor friendly. Drove up and paid for my meal. Noticed it's the same dude that took my order by sound of his dry voice. After I paid for my meal, he runs from up front. I'm now at the pick up window and this same dude is now handing me my food & the small lady hands me my drink. That was a red flag in my book. I drive off heading to work, pulled the crumbled up dry hash brown. Threw that back in bag. Grabbed this dried out sandwich with rubbery bread. I pulled sandwich apart & the meat seemed to be rubbery and pulling it apart was like a chore. I wasted a trip for an unhealthy breakfast. Never ever will I be a return customer. Service & food or lack thereof SUCKS!

Ordered through doordash and gave us the WRONG order!!! It is not our fault that you are training new people pay better attention and make sure they're giving people the right food that they ordered instead of giving attitude and hanging up on a customer!!! That is not customer service at all!!!! Corporate is definitely getting a phone call!!!

Simple order of quarter pounder combo took 15 minutes from placing order to waiting at pickup window. Had to go in for the old and cold burger that looked like it had timed out before I pulled onto the lot.

This is by far the most embarrassing establishment I’ve ever visited. The manager should be ashamed of themselves to allow a store to function at such a disgraceful manner. The area manager here should be fired and McDonald’s corporate should step it and do something. The staff is rude, disrespectful, and they obviously don’t want to be there. The food is hit or miss and they rarely get orders right: i had a mobile order and even though they open the indoor pickup at 7am they made me stand in 12 degree weather until 7:39 before they would let me in to get my food I paid for. They do not want to do their jobs here. The uncleanliness is apparent and they don’t wear hairnets on their fake hair. How is this place still opened?

I think the problem is that they’re hiring these young folks; teenagers & young adults, who just don’t care about their jobs, or the customer. Without being greeted by anyone, I stood in an EMPTY line at the counter for over 20 minutes, before having to get the attention of an associate. Now as I type this review in the face of cold fries, aging burgers & a rapidly melting shake, I would like to emphasize how ridiculous and unacceptable customer service is. Chick-Fil-A would never.

I was waiting in line in the car when we arrived at the megaphone and they told us it was closed and another day when I went they served me cold chicken that was not cooked very well.

No Frappes Available , Waited Long Enough As If The Food Was Prepared Fresh ! Food Wasn’t Fresh Other Then Fry’s . Paid For Extra Onions , Pickles & Dipping Sauce Cups . No Sauce , No Onions & No Pickles On Multiple Burgers Nothing But Cheese & Ketchup .. It’s A Shame You Have To Unpack Your Food To Make Sure It’s Made Right .

There's a certain manager that works mornings sometimes n won't open up the dining room for the guest patrons who want to eat in or take bus kids before class can't get breakfast not all the time otherwise they always have fresh food

I came in for a job and they was rude and disrespectful and told me they wasn't hiring any minors even though on there website it says 16 and older so I asked the reason and they told me because we not and walk away. Days before that I called them and a woman answered the phone with an attitude and I asked if the general manager was in and she said she wasn't there she left so I asked do you have a number for her and the lady on the phone said I can't do that and just hung up in my face. They don't have any type of respect and the service is slow.
