⭐️⭐️½ – Disappointing Value and Quality at Broadway McDonald’s (Cleveland, OH)
I visited the McDonald’s on Broadway in Cleveland during lunch hours and left feeling disappointed. Despite it being a traditionally busy time, the dining area wasn’t crowded—yet customers were still required to order from the kiosks. While that might be standard protocol, it felt unnecessary and a bit impersonal given the available staff.
The meal itself didn’t redeem the experience. The French fries were served cold—surprising and unacceptable during peak lunch hours. The lemonade was so watered down that we ended up requesting a substitution, settling for a Hi-C instead.
For a $10 combo meal, the quality simply wasn’t there. Between the cold food, diluted drink, and impersonal service, the value was severely lacking. This location has potential, but consistency and attention to detail need serious improvement

Me and my mother came through the drive through for breakfast. I understand it was very busy, we order 40$ worth of breakfast for our family. Now I understand sometimes it’s hard to hear the entire order I myself have had to deal with this cause I also work in the “fast food industry” but at the same to you repeated everything we ordered back to us. We get to the widow and get our food we’re missing two sandwiches and 2 pieces of sausage. We tell them the first girl slams the drive through door in my mother’s face. We sit and wait then I’m guessing a manager comes which I’m praying I’m wrong cause a manager should know better then to talk to customers this way. She proceeds to tell us that wasn’t on our order which she was right once we looked at the receipt then we ask if we can add it on and pay for it. She screams at us that we have to go back through the drive through which is out in the parking because there’s 5 minutes of breakfast left. Keep in mind I have a 2 year old in the car and you’re screaming and cussing. We will never be back there. It was the most ghetto experience and I hate to use that word but that’s just what it was.

I went to McDonalds for my dad on Euclid by Cleveland Clinic. This was the worst experience I have ever encountered by a fast food place. I was asked if I wanted to use my mobile app, and when I replied no, the real mic came on and they were having a discussion about how someone in a gray car drove off without paying. It was ridiculous how many times the man swore in the mic. I tried to get his attention, but he was in full swing of his story. He finally asked me what I wanted, and I mean, just like that! As I was getting ready to address him, some female came and asked him a question, and the story of the gray car was being told again. I pulled off!! DONT EVER GO HERE! Drive around the corner to another spot!

All staff here should be fired as they are rude lazy and lock the doors on you at random. This place is better off being ran by the roaches that inhabits the greasetraps with the local dumpster rats to manage it. The food tasted subpar even for mcdonalds
