I dont understand how they manage to mess up every single order i make at this place. Are yall okay? It dont make sense that they can't even make a simple iced tea correctly. If i order a 2 cheese burgers (#9) meal large size with no ketchup.. how do i receive 1 cheese burger no ketchup and 2nd cheese burger with ketchup, a large fry (cold btw) and a medium iced tea? Then they arguing with me like i messed up. The worst McDonald's ever. They're all slow.

Absolutely. The worst McDonald's I have ever been into I walked into the women's bathroom and in one of these stalls, there was a literal pile of human feces in the floor covered app by a pair of shorts or underwear, something with a wet floor sign in front of the stall telling you, not to go in, I had went outside and told the workers that it was in there, and they just looked at me like I was stupid and basically told me that they weren't going to do anything about it that they've already got a wet floor sign there. It to. Ok , me going out there and threatening them with the health department for them to clean it

The McDonald's on Broadway is RUDE DISRESPECTFUL FIRE THEM ALL HALF YOUR FOOD WRONG ORDERS THEY SMOKE WEED I KNOW I DO BUT YOUR WORKING GET A NEW CREW !!!!!!!!!!!

Takes 20 minutes or more at this drive thru which unfortunately leaves plenty of time fore people to come up and ask for money this is 2 of these restaurants that they do it at.
Service is long in the drive thru food is alway sub par warm at best and fries are never good hard and tasteless most times. And cheeseburgers are usually ok but few times they were also warm at best, tasteless and just nasty.
Also when did fast food become park and waits in the drive thru? Times have to be better than this cause im sorry but if they are being paid more than me 11.50 hr and can't get it done fast and better food they dont deserve more than that an hour. Just saying.

The hours posted on the door say dining room hours start at 7:00 a.m. but it's now 7:15 a.m. and the doors are still locked and the employees are looking at me but not doing anything to unlock the doors

I just ordered a snack wrap from this McDonald’s and was completely disgusted to find a live bug inside. That is absolutely unacceptable. How do you not notice something like that before serving food to customers? This is beyond trifling and shows a serious lack of care and cleanliness. I’m completely sick to my stomach and will not be returning but the health department will.
Waited over 30 mins at the counter for my order, I still walked out with the wrong order. Very slow and unorganized. Manager on duty was very frustrated

I wish I knew the young man's name at the counter. He was great. Very friendly and on point with our orders. I appreciate good service and that exactly what we got. If you see this young man, you'll know exactly who I'm typing about. Way to go McDonald's.
