All I ordered was a filet o fish with no tartar sauce and a stupid fry and they couldn’t even get that right. It took an hour almost for my whole order to arrive and the fries were cold and stale. And the sandwich had tartar sauce with the sticker on the bag “No TARTAR SAUCE”. Pissed

I purchased 2 2 pack of the stawberry cream pies. That was it. I paid and went to the second window. I was handed 2 hot pies and I said I order 4. The guy looked at me confused and after 1 minute another guy came out and asked to see my receipt. He saw that I had order 4. He handed me 2 frozen pies in a bag and not even in a box. And said we ran out of boxes. Like that's ghetto af

Why does it say 24 hours when it's not 24 hours. As someone who works late it would be appreciated if the correct hours were posted so I did not waste my time and gas. Not to mention them serving me raw chicken sandwiches like 2 weeks ago. Please up date your hours

We all know McDonald’s is McDonald’s. Expect subpar service subpar food. I am here to say i have experienced the best customer service ever at a McDonald’s. A man whose name is Ru, was SO Kind, attentive. And helped us out a great deal when they were only accepting door dash orders. I wished i lived in the area because i would always come back here requesting his service!
They didn't have nothing I ordered no orange juice, no hi c, no hot hash browns and no gloves or hair net, hand it to me after he reached in without gloves put it in the package and hand it to me without a glove. Gave me the wrong sandwich plus it was cold after we touched the sandwich with our hands he takes it back raps it up and put it back on the rack. I go to eat the cold hash brown and it's got hair in it. I take the whole meal back inside and they tell me that they are limited hash browns so I can't get nomore. A customer ask for hash browns and they tell him they don't have nomore. And ask him do he want to get the cold ones I was trying to give back I told him there is hair on it and they are cold. I look up and they were all smoking a weed pipe. I go to the restroom and there is no toilet paper or soap and it was disgusting urine all over the floor. They were very rude to customers and telling us they were out of everything and started laughing I would like to have my money back I was overcharged ask for my money and they told me to come back when the manager comes in. I'm not from Cleveland Ohio. I want this matter handle in a correct way or there will be a lawsuit against the McDonald's on kinsman.

McDonald’s is the definition of fast food.. so, at every block you go to you will see these Golden Arches. This McDonald’s location in particular impressed me, this general area isn’t the best to go to.. if you aren’t from around here. But, the food here was fresh.. you would think all McDonalds have the same tasting food.. but the fries 🍟 here are the absolute best, not sure what they do.. but keep it coming! And the attitude from the employees here was great, said “your welcome” and even “have a good day”. These may seem “basic” and expected.. but the fast food industry nowadays lack those basics.. NOT THIS LOCATION! Only downside (but all McDonalds have this issue) slow drive thru.. but, definitely worth the wait!

Yesterday I had to go to 3 different McDonald's before I could order 2 fish sandwiches, buckeye rd lobby door was locked and drive thru line was out the parking lot, 83rd Euclid wasn't taking drive thru orders so lobby was full, got to 93rd kinsman and order fish sandwich Thank you 93rd
