All right so it started off not so great. I put in an order this morning about 8:40 a.m. and then sat in my car for a pickup order for 50 minutes. A worker had just coming to work to start his shift. By the time I hir about the 40 minute Mark within 10 minutes he brings me my order. Greatly apologizes for it and ensured that my food arrived hot and in perfect condition. I will say originally I was going to leave a negative review but this one gentleman who came out and brought my food change the whole vibe quite honestly, I'm definitely going to be coming back specifically because of him as I was getting ready to be irate but this young man came out and shifted my whole mood. He was very apologetic but not only was he apologetic as he only apologized twice, but he took full responsibility for it despite him only just coming into work. That shows a content of character that I find very rare nowadays. I deeply respect this man and I hope he gets treated appropriately in the future.

Just 2 days ago I had sat outside waiting for 15 mins for someone to come back to the drive thru speaker just to pull around and see them playing and not doing no work.
