Went for my daughter's birthday.there were 5 of us. Only 15 min wait..Sunday afternoon around 4pm We requested outside and we got seated under umbrella but the sun was all over our table We asked if we could move to the table like 2 ft over..waitress went to ask She come back and said no..it was for someone called ahead seating
I called day before and they said there is no reservation..no call ahead seating
She said us 5 at a smaller table for 4 and we squeezed in..we were there for a couple hrs and Nobody sat at the othr table We left when they closed Plus there were many empty tables
So ....why did they lie????

The food is not good. I was sick all night from a sandwich I ate . The pretzels were good. Over priced for the paper thin sandwiches. Never again.
Waited 20 mins standing at the bar not one bartender acknowledge me. By far the slowest bartenders in Cleveland!!

We ate before the concert. I had shrimp and grits, and I must say it was fantastic. I've had it all over the country and this was in the top 5 I've ever had. A really different presentation and taste.

Went her for family dinner. Our sandwiches were delicious but I thought a little overpriced for what we got, however the giant pretzel made up for it. We would go back just for the pretzel. And the area itself is very welcoming.
