Do Not Order From This Place. Order from Barrio or Condados. You 100% will not get your food. You will 100% not get your money back. They are disrespectful over the phone and already know what you’re going to ask for and hang up on you. I ordered from my hotel while on shift and the order never came. I got a random call from a doordasher when I ordered from menufy and he said they were also being mad disrespectful saying someone had already picked it up and walking away. They will say you will get a refund and hang up in the morning. Report them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and have this waste of a location removed. 0 STARS. 0 Out of 10 HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I will never give this location any recommendations as a front desk agent I will actually go out of my way to make sure I can steer people away from this location as a front desk agent. nobody deserves this.

So ordering through doordash, it is ridiculous!! They take AN HR TO 2 HRS to even get it ready, and even after that they didnt deliver. Tried calling this restaurant and no answer!! You guys seriously suck!! Working at a hospital and having to wait 2 hrs to take ur break only to have them take ur money QUICKLY and not deliver is CRAZY!!

Doordashed from here. They waited until my dasher got there too make the order. my dasher waited for 45 minutes just to be told they already handed my order out then wouldnt remake the order. i called them about the issue and they eventually hung up on me giving me no solution saying it was doordashes fault.

I ordered through DoorDash for pickup. I was the one picking it up i get there and they stole my Food saying it was delivered impossible. And can’t nobody steal it because it’s lockers the lady on the phone was very very very disrespectful. And very very very rude. I thought I was going to have some good food turns out they are thieves. I would never go back. They will steal your money and wont give you a refund or correct their mistakes🙄

If I could leave zero stars I would. We ordered via DoorDash. We got a birria pizza, birria tacos, queso and a pretzel pizza. The food was supposed to be ready at midnight. It wasn’t ready until 12:30. The food was bland. Zero seasoning. And we ended up with food poisoning from this place. Avoid this place at all costs.
My partner and I decided to order some DoorDash for late night dinner and came across MexiTaco. I was skeptical at first because I know some ghost kitchen type restaurants can be hit or miss, but I’m proud to say they exceeded my expectations. The Birria Pizza automatically caught my attention, as I have been on the search for the best Birria in Cleveland. We decided to keep it simple for our first time eating here and I instantly regret not ordering more food or finding this place sooner. The meat was perfectly tender and seasoned well, the taco was extra cheesy and the consommé had a perfect balance of spices. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and look forward to ordering from here again soon.

I ordered from them many times and it was fine but this last time was the last straw I asked for sides of sour cream and they made me text them and when I texted them they didn’t get back to me for 25-30 minutes and then proceeded to tell me that I was the one who texted late and they couldn’t add my sour cream. When they don’t even give a ability to add sour cream. Totally unprofessional all around.
