Michael's Diner At Shaker Square

Feel like you get what you pay for here it's just a greasy spoon Diner sitting in the middle of Shaker Square right next to the rapid tracks and I always enjoy the food that I get there

Hot fresh and delicious food staff is great about fixing mistakes when they're busy. Affordable prices. Crystal is an excellent server.

Your hours of operation do not coincide with those online or posted on your building. This is a poor way to operate a business. Online, it states you are open until 7:00 pm. I just walked to the diner, and it was 5:50 pm, and it was closed. The hours on your marquee state 7:30 pm. This is not the first time; students in my program have gone to the diner to find the same result.

Food was quite good. Eggs were perfect. Service was thoightful and driendly. It's a diner and has the friendly atmosphere I expect.

Everything was dry the gyro meat the eggs with cheese the potatoes didn't even eat it all such a disappointment won't be going back

Usually have great experience. Today I came in after taking Uber. They had most of the place blocked off. I sat in an empty booth and waited. Finally went up to woman behind register and asked if it was self service today. She mumbled something in her native language and gave me a shrug. I asked for a menu and she just pointed. I had to pay upfront and received my food to go despite wanting to eat out
. I used their lottery machine for instant tickets and it ate $50. Both the woman and the cook just shrugged at me. How extremely rude, I've never been treated so badly. As much as I love their liver and onions I will never go back. If I was in to being vindictive I'd call ICE as neither of them were letting on that they understood me.

Excellent food friendly staff

There are two slightly larger booths in the back better for seating four rather than the two or three that can be seated up front. Food was amazing, hot, fresh, reasonably priced, great portions. Service was top notch! We will be back!
