I ordered the steak breakfast and my mate ordered the same. The steak looked as though it has been cut in half. My potatoes tasted like the grill and was over cooked. I hope service improves. This was terrible.

I have great experiences when I order online for pickup using skytab. Michaels is my afternoon stop when I have a few extra minutes in shaker square and I want to treat myself. I usually order fried food sides (french fries or fried mushrooms) with a root beer float. When I arrive, the food is ready, prepared fresh. The staff who attends to my pickup order is friendly.

Wonderful old school diner! Delicious inexpensive food. Friendly service. Cozy atmosphere. Try the (huge) big breakfast. 3 eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, home fries AND grits for $9! Unbeatable. Then be sure to tip your server very well.
