Excellent casual restaurant in a nice hotel. Prices are surprisingly affordable. My server Christopher was excellent.

I gave Moce 4 Stars (very good), and their food 5 Stars (excellent) because it needs to be graded for what it is -
a casual hotel restaurant. Food was above average taste and quality; the service was excellent. Over my 10 days stay I was served daily by either Jen, Michael, or Christopher. Each did an excellent job, and the breakfast and dinner prices were very affordable. If the opportunity arose, I would eat here again. Highly recommended!

A Caesar salad and fish and chips were $31! I’ve gotten better quality food at an amusement park. I can’t express how poor the food was. The Caesar tasted funny and used cheap ingredients. The fish was a breaded precooked fish fillet that got reheated and served with soggy fries.
This was cafeteria food served in a restaurant setting. The tables were sticky/dirty. If this was outside of the hotel, it would be closed by now. Order in from somewhere else.
The only saving grace was the staff was very nice.

We've had the breakfast buffet twice now. The bacon is excellent - crispy and not greasy. The hash browns are good. The muffins are great, but are better warm. There are lots of choices on the buffet. The service, especially by Honoraria, was wonderful! She was kind, nice, attentive and did a great job of getting my half and half tea perfect. The buffet is a great deal!

Service sucks. Food sucks even more. Got a burger. They burnt it. You could tell it was from frozen patties. Little-to-no seasoning. Poorly staffed. My server was an arrogant twit. Fairly nice atmosphere for a hotel restaurant. Too bad the operational management hasn't done more with the opportunity given to them.

Great food and great service. We got there around 9 p.m. and service was super fast and fresh. I had a burger and fries, which the burger was fresh and well as the fries. My wife got the boneless wings and a side salad. The boneless wings were hand battered and fresh, as well as the salad. I highly, highly recommend.

Marginally worse than mediocre. Very inconsistent service.

I've had breakfast her several times. The buffet is always full with delicious foods. The staff have always been friendly and quick.

Casual, convenient dining utilized by hotel guests.

Stopped in around 9 pm after a really long day. The ladies serving at the bar had amazing energy and I enjoyed sitting there while I waited for my order. I ordered a Margherita pizza and wine to go. The pizza came out quickly and was hot, fresh and tasty. Will be stopping in again!

Disappointment is the word of the day. Incorrect orders, undersized mains portions, the limpest fries I've ever seen, the driest chicken I've ever had, salad greens hardly chopped; just simple buffoonery. The only saving grace is the service, but it's clear that management chronically under-staffs. Only 2 people on the floor; 1 bussing and running food the other doing literally everything else. I feel for them.

The convenience of the restaurant is overshadowed by the bad management. We were here for an appointment at Cleveland Clinic and had we been able to we would have eaten off property. The food was ok but the wait staff was terrible. Dishes ready to be delivered to the table sit in the window for no less than 10 to 15 minutes before going out to the table. Staff is sometimes rude and abrupt. On a few occasions we waited ten minutes at the hostess stand to be seated when the host was nowhere to be seen. The breakfast buffet is a joke and not at all worth the 15.95 price point. The buffet is advertised to offer cook to order eggs, but no one was ever available to cook the eggs. There is a cafe that offers a small assortment of pastries, coffee and cold cereal as well as egg biscuits and breakfast wraps. The wrap is warmed in a toaster but the eggs are powdered and spongy. We did have a decent hamburger and the broccoli cheese soup was pretty good as well.
