If you ever wondered what breakfast prison food probably tastes like (I dont really have first-hand experience) and pay $16 for the experience, wait no more! From cubes of eggs that look like polished rocks, to lukewarm frozen potatoes cut to the size of raisins to medium rare turkey sausages to sad looking toasts made from what appears to be a week-long bread, they got it covered. On a plus side, coffee was acceptable and I did not get sick unlike a place a visited in Mexico, so there is that. A redeeming place was going to be a bar until I received a pitiful pour of liquor. When I wondered what happened, the bartender apologized and she said she wasnt sure how much to pour since no one showed her. Classy. I made the right call to not even asking for a cocktail. There is always beer, though. And no, I did not dare to try dinner. If in dire need, perhaps try pizza?

Service staff at both bar & table service are great! Food from the kitchen is raw/wrong/rancid/foul. I come back because there aren't other options in the area. I'm experimenting with the menu to find something the kitchen can make correctly without much success. After I sacrifice myself for this task I will update this post with my findings

We had dinner and the breakfast bar during a stay at the Holiday Inn. Got a buger and a side salad for dinner which was good. The burger was a little small but it tasted good. The wife got the chicken Ceasars salad and really liked it. For breakfast we had the breakfast bar. It had a good selection of hot and cold foods, the usual breakfast food you would expect plus fruit, yogurts, granola, cereal, muffins and danishes or turnovers.

Food is mediocre at best, not worth the prices at all. Drinks at bar are very over priced. Beer is $6-8 each. Shots & mixed drinks are $8-14. We won't be back!
The wait-staff, though there were only 2, were extremely attentive in spite of MANY patrons. Mine never acted haired even when I went up to him in the middle of working the register asking to be waited on within the last 5 min. of happy hour to get the discounts.

We stayed at the hotel as I was having appointments at the Cleveland Clinic. We arrived later than we hoped and dropped off our luggage. We stopped in for a late dinner. The server was very prompt and polite. She took our drink orders and returned with them. We ordered stuffed mushrooms and pizza. They both arrived quickly and were hot and fresh. We enjoyed them both very much. This was a pleasant break after a long day.
Parking: We always use the valet we use the shuttle the hospital supplies to go from location to location.

Delicious food but there was only one server. Grossly understaffed. Also, for dessert they served Pepperidge Farm Coconut Cake. We could have a whole cake for what they served for one slice.

John was our server at dinner. He was attentive, knew the menu well and made sure our food came out hot! It was nice chatting with him. Kudos to the kitchen staff too! A lot of what we had was great! Highlights for the pizza, chicken wrap, garden salad, mushrooms, and turkey club. We were all very happy with our meals and Mary made our drinks at the bar. What a nice surprise! Those were the best drinks we've had during our stay here and we could tell the drinks were made with passion. We came back the next day for a couple drinks at the bar expecting the same great service. We had someone else tend us at first but she wasn't very receptive to customers and didn't make drinks at the level we expected after having Mary make them the night before. We were able to get Mary to take over our service and received the quality that originally made us come back. I hope the other bartenders are in a position to learn from Mary because she really cared about the customers (not just us), made drinks that were presented beautifully, tasted great, respected mixing chemistry and were made with quality ingredients. More of that please. :) I think our initial bartender on day two was Neshee. Thanks so much for a good experience!

Great food, casual dining. Our server Mary went above and beyond. We checked into the hotel and stumbled into the restaurant after a long day of travel. Full of anxiety before my daughter’s appointment at the Cleveland Clinic. Mary stayed and chatted with us for a few minutes, passed the kid some Easter candy, and assured us that we were at one of the best places in the world and in great hands. The next day, she greeted us like old friends, remembered allergies, and continued to give off such a great “Cheers” vibe. Like nothing I’ve ever experienced in a hotel restaurant before.
