Our Food Was Good But We All Had Left Overs That Needed Boxed & We Had To Do It Ourselves So It Felt Very Rushed
My friends and I came in to take advantage of the January Sips & Sliders special. Overall, the food was decent for what was included. Service was a bit inconsistent—our waitress appeared to be handling both the bar and tables, and while she was doing her best, it did feel somewhat neglectful at times. We were also seated by the window, and the area was noticeably drafty and cooler than expected. That said, the overall experience was still pleasant, and we enjoyed the outing.
We had an exquisite experience at Morton's Cleveland. The food, drinks, service and atmosphere were very impressive. We look forward to returning and recommend it to all visiting Cleveland.
Steak was perfect, service was excellent, the restaurant has a great old school steakhouse vibe
Great experience as always. Max was an incredible server and made sure we were always taken care of. Thank you for a great evening.
Service and food was fantastic! We will be back! The staff was very accommodating to us as it was our anniversary!
The service was good but the steaks weren't good. Not sure why but probably won't pay those prices again. The service was great though. The food just wasn't that great. Even the sides.
Reservations made asked for Bar area... When we get there bubbles and Bites was a scam! I called to ask where is parking & mentioned we are coming for bubble's & Bites and the guy laughed and said oh we are all out! We were out last week!!!! They should announce on websites that all of Ohio is supposedly out of Veuve. HahahahaThen they were out ( Supposedly) of Veuve food packaging. They said we could come pick it up next week!!!!! WOW! Bites were cold(Chicken) then our fries were cold and then came back out burned??? We had both options & Who manages this Restaurant needs to be fired.... I've been to Morton's in 4 different states and this location needs a overhaul. We decided not to dine here again...
The service as fantastic. Luke was our server and he made our night at dinner a great experience. The food was also top notch.
The fries were not up scale fries. Very low scale fries. Very disappointed! Every thing else was excellent

I’ve been contemplating writing this, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. On Saturday, November 29, 2025, I had a 9:00 pm reservation at Morton’s for my birthday. It was my first time dining here, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was also excellent — the oysters were phenomenal, the tomahawk was delicious, the onion rings were amazing, and the broccolini was full of flavor. Our servers were wonderful and provided outstanding service.
However, the overall experience was overshadowed by a very disruptive table seated near us about 20 minutes into our visit. The restaurant was fairly empty since it was close to closing time and snowing outside, yet this group of 6–8 was so loud it felt like the entire restaurant was full. Another party with a sleeping baby was seated beside them, and the baby was woken up by the noise, adding to the chaos.
The disruptive table was clearly inebriated and behaved extremely inappropriately , yelling, mistreating their server, demanding photos, and even shouting “Do you want a tip or not?” when the waiter didn’t immediately return. At one point, one of the women began twerking, and the whole table became even louder. It felt more like being at a TGIF or Texas Roadhouse than at a fine dining restaurant, which was disappointing for what was supposed to be an intimate birthday dinner.
What surprised me most was that no one intervened or gave the table any kind of warning. My boyfriend and I ended up leaving earlier than planned because it was so overstimulating.
While the food and service were truly wonderful, that table completely ruined my first experience at Morton’s. I really hope that in the future, behavior like that is not tolerated — especially in a four to five star dining environment.

We love Morton’s. It dropped the ball! It was 30 minutes to get to our table beyond our reservation time. Our drinks took forever. We had to ask to put into our order. We had to ask to order wine. We had to ask for refills of kids drinks. We had to ask why our sides didn’t show up. The Ribeye was mediocre. We had to ask for our check. Nothing was normal or proactive. The staff felt stretched and the restaurant fell short at every step for a pricey dinner. I was wildly disappointed and we won’t be back this holiday season. Please improve the experience.
Went here to celebrate a birthday. Server seemed overwhelmed and was not good with checking in on us. Food took a long time to come out and we only ordered 3 items. Pasta came out cold the first time and they reheat to be warm, lobster meat was tough too. The biggest disappointment was the lamb chops. They were burnt and had no flavor. Definitely not worth the money or hype in my option.

I was so disappointed n the food on Thanksgiving. The turkey had no flavor. They used Canola oil to make the salad dressing and I passed out at the table because I am allergic. Why would they use canola and not Olive Oil!!? The waiter was rude and no personality. If you don't want to work and Thanksgiving then don't but don't show up and be a price. I waited tables for 10 years and I never treated my tables like this and I had to pay $250.00 to get sick and be treated poorly.
