I ordered sea bass. When it arrived the server poured about a pint of liquid over the fish before I could say anything. Nowhere in the menu it said it was a fish soup. The menu however stated that the sea bass would be "miso marinated", but I tasted no miso. The server was not good. I didn't care for the kitchen being right there in the dining room. This is by far the worst Mortons I've been to.

Time after time, one of the best Steakhouse experiences. I love the Cajun Ribeye and Lobster Bisque. Food is always on point and the service is top shelf.

The service was excellent. We were greeted and taken to our table immediately. They took time to read the comments in the reservation and had printed out a special menu declaring a Happy Birthday message for my Mom. She was delighted to see that. I appreciated the attention to detail we were offered. Our server recommended a wonderful bottle of wine. The bacon rapped scallops were done perfectly. Our prime ribeyes were a little overdone in the perimeter, but under done in the middle. The asparagus was delicious and so was the French Onion Soup. Everything was served hot. The atmosphere needs to be updated. The very dark walls, ceiling, and chairs were a bit too much.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free. Wish they offered a gluten free bread at the beginning also

This Restaurant holds up to its reputation. Morton's hands down is the nicest restaurant I've been to in my entire life. It deserves every bit of reputation it has earned. Food was absolutely amazing service was perfect, professional, Dinner sizes were good, very expensive. But if you can afford it definitely worth it.

My experience at Morton's was absolutely superb. The establishment was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Our waitress Nikki was top tier. She checked on us constantly and made sure we had everything that we needed. Overall she made sure our experience was amazing.

They put us in a dark room in the very back room in the very back corner. When I asked for a better table they said they were all reserved. Never again. The round table next to us didn't even have a table cloth. Felt like I was at the little kids table !

All 4 of us had the slider burgers. Typically they are the most delicious thing I've ever eaten in my life. Juicy and tender and full of flavor. Fail. I'm so disappointed. Please go back to the way you used top make them.

The first time I went here it was a great experience. This time not so much. First I ordered the French onion soup. They put some herb in it that gave it a funky taste. Second we ordered the shrimp cocktail which were good. I wanted the best ribeye I could get. Our waiter didn’t know the difference between the prime ribeye and the dry-aged ribeye. I ended up going with the prime ribeye medium rare and it came out overcooked, was not tender and had no taste whatsoever. Also ordered the “signature side dish” smoked Gouda potatoes au gratin. That dish was a disappointment as well. Service was average but nothing to brag about. Should be top notch with the prices they charge. Total bill for two people was $250 and that doesn’t include the tip. Don’t think I will be going back. The best ribeye and service I’ve ever had is at the Capital Grille in Beachwood.

When we arrived, there were 4 valets standing and no one came to our car, we had to go to them and it wasn't professional. As a party of 6 we were looking forward to an amazing dining experience, but everything from the service, food and atmosphere was mediocre. Overall it was lacking the over-the-top dining experience we had years ago. It was disappointing how much things have changed and not for the better.

Was such a great meal and experience. We celebrated birthdays and an anniversary and had custom menus prepared for us. Made us feel so special! Dinner fabulous and service fantastic. Thank you, we will be back!
