On April 8, 2025 I went to this Mr. Hero on my lunch break. I ordered a Hot Buttered Cheese Steak with no onions. I got back to my desk to eat my lunch. I ate my waffle fries and then started to eat my sandwich. I opened my sandwich up to make sure I didn't have onions. I know I should have looked before I left Mr. hero. To see a moth fly out my sandwich is nasty!!! and the meat was old. This tells me that the sandwich was already made and just refrigerated. It wasn't fresh at all!!! Please got get anything from this location!!

This is a sit down establishment and there was not a restroom available. They close at 9 and they asked us to wrap it up at 8:10 so they could clean. They should change their hours so you can leave early

This location gave me cold soggy fries that were already sitting in the window before I arrived. They also only gave me the butt pieces of the fries( the end pieces with skin covering one side) Also the lettuce on the Romanburger was wilted brown and disgusting. Lastly I never got my cheese sauce but the fries weren’t edible anyway.

November 23, 2024 I brought two large sandwiches One large Roman burger, one large steak sandwich the steaks were burnt. They had no seasoning and no flavor to it. The Roman burger. The lettuce was wilted. The onions were see-through old and had ends of the sliced tomatoes on it. It cost too much. I am highly pissed very disappointed Will never go in there again you can’t cook is hiring anybody up in there

This place smells so bad I left without ordering. Nobody greeted me after a moment or two so I just decided to walk out. The smell is hard to describe, but it just doesn't feel clean or appetizing at all. Maybe it's from some sort of cleaning product? I don't know, I have never smelled a restaurant like that before. It's not the food itself.

Had a tough time with the burger at Mr. Hero. It was more intense than expected and didn’t agree with me afterward. Might think twice before ordering that again.
