This place smells so bad I left without ordering. Nobody greeted me after a moment or two so I just decided to walk out. The smell is hard to describe, but it just doesn't feel clean or appetizing at all. Maybe it's from some sort of cleaning product? I don't know, I have never smelled a restaurant like that before. It's not the food itself.

Came here stood at the register for 10 minutes, which there was no wait/line, cashier ignored me the entire time I was there, as soon as I’m walking out and another customer walks in she takes their order immediately. Very rude and unprofessional. The cook was also wearing open toed flip flops in the kitchen, this place must be very unsanitary. Smh

I went to shaker hts mr hero and ordered a tuna fish sandwich. I was eating and bit down on something hard, spit my food out and it was a piece of triangular metal, sharp points. It is the grace of God I did not swallow it! I called twice and no answer. Be careful, how does metal get into a sandwich???
