My sandwiches were so dry and the meat was cooked to much. Also I've noticed that at this location the burgers for the roman burger are much flatter then other locations. I don't want to eat a dry overcooked sandwich it's supposed to be just right. I visited this location a couple days before and went back and it was horrible. I wish my food could get remade or something because very dry!

To whom it may concern, me personally will not be eating here anymore, the sandwiches are put together messy, Romenburgers has no taste and the bread is cooked hard I guess it depends on who is doing the cooking also, the young men don’t seem to be clean to me they’re wearing no gloves just very unsanitary to me not a clean place….

This is not a place I frequent, but my granddaughter wanted to stop to get a bite to eat Unfortunately I eat vegetarian and I got a vegetarian sandwich and she got a Italian sandwich and they made a mistake and heated up my veggie instead of hers But we didn't bother to come back I had to get rid of mines I believe it was an honest mistake But what I will say positive is the person who waited on us was very kind and smiled the whole time genuinely ..I know we paid for our food but because of that it was worth stopping by I wish them well
