I had a coupon offer for BOGO (Small, Medium or Large). The lady entered a LG Sicilian and a REG Chicken Philly. The said the code is only for REG and "why would they do LG". MAKE SURE THEY ENTER THE SIZE. CUZ THE DISCOUNT CODE WOULD'VE APPLIED. They try to cheat the system by entering REG. Unfortunately thus a very POOR experience. Itâs like âCheers.â There is nothing like patronizing a restaurant where not only do the owner/operators know your name but the food is served hot and delicious. Iâll be back
Rude and donât understand how people in the community are still supporting this business. Placed an order for 3 medium sandwiches and 2 were correct but one was wrong and labeled regular. When I went back in the store the man tried to convince me that it was a medium and was trying to provoke an argument. Instead of apologizing and saying I wrote the wrong thing on the wrapper and correcting it, he continued to be really rude. If you are a regular you know the size of the sandwiches. So, to avoid a situation I left the restaurant. Some things are not worth the energy or time when you know you are right. People have to stand up and stop excepting anything from businesses. Customers money is what keep your doors open, Sir. Donât forget that!!!

The owner the lady is an unprofessional and rude hope her business goes under. Go to the Mr heroâs on 185th their food quality is better
The older Indian woman that works there is very rude and has a very bad attitude my wife and I went there last week and we wonât be returning smh terrible service and the food is overpriced

Whenever I'm in town, I always have to get a Roman Burger. I just love them. Over the years, some don't taste the same as when I grew up in Cleveland, but this particular location was right on point.
So I finally downloaded the Mr hero app and it provided several deals. One deal was for a birthday special which I gladly redeemed. However the woman at the counter seemed disgusted with me that I only purchased the deal. She went from smiling and friendly to snide and short REAL QUICK. I asked for ketchup and she begrudgingly gave me two packs with a snide " anything else I need? " She really shouldn't be at the front counter, but if you're spending full rate she can be real nice, or so I've heard. I didn't get that treatment. I'm going to 185th next time. Deal or no deal.
