This is a chain restaurant so there are not a whole lot of expectations on the positive side or anything to make you go oh wow, the food was tolerable. The service was very good. The atmosphere was scary because it is located downtown Cleveland public square. The area of the restaurant has many unsavory people outside of the restaurant because it is inside a convenience store. I was a bit apprehensive about going to the restaurant. Because of the people outside of it begging...

This is a great place to stop by late at night when nothing else is open to get cigarettes and a snack. It's shady around 1am in the morning and they have a guy that sits in front of the door which I'm not sure is a bouncer or an actual officer. The subs they serve are extremely questionable and I would avoid it all together (I have a servsafe management licence) and a lot of other people have gotten food poisoning. But overall if you have no other place to go then stop...

I typically have a great experience at this location but for the last year or so, the cheddar cheese has tasted horrible. Almost like it's a cup of butter. Other than that the food is great.
