Order a sicilian parmesan, When inside....versus the long line at the drive thru..Service was fast and professional inside.Sub had no parmesan sauce on it at all. Very bland.I believe one of the managers was present, I also heard arguing among employees in the background, while waiting for my sandwich.There's always the other manager a lovely lady dark hair.. When she is at work to quality of sandwiches seem to be better, always.Hopefully it would be better next time.

They completely removed dining room & they no longer let you inside you have to use the drive through will never return to this location for this reason as I drive past multiple Mr. Hero's to get to this one we liked it because it was stand alone with dine in.

The food USED to be really good, it just does not taste good anymore, they make it chinsy & or sloppy, the meat taste straight like soy bean burger. Romans dont even smell like how roman burgers supposed to smell... I am done paying a lot of money for nasty tasting food.. smh not worth it

Like the old style Philly steak better. Buns seem smaller than the last time we visited. Might have the same length but they're skinnier less food.

The only drive thru Hero's in the area, but the inside is clean when I have gone in. Never had a issue with the food. It's pricey but always has been. The only issue is the large dip as you leave the drive thru.

I haven’t had me hero in years and my family decided to go to the place to try and see what they had again and enjoy a meal. While eating I found hair in my fries and at the bottom of the bag. I was disgusted and thinking about how I just not potentially ate someone else’s hair. I almost got sick and took my families food and tossed all of it and we went home and just decided to cook. I understand this experience isn’t what everyone has had but this is what I had and it I will not be going back again.
