8:36pm on a Wednesday and we just got turned away because they said they are closed. Open sign was still on and there was 2 working in the back. Extremely bad customer service when approached from the lady with flip flops on. Will not recommend this location!

The workers were really nice with the owner being very talkative. The food is to die for. They do speak a different language however they didn’t say anything bad about me in that language as I also know how to speak it. All they said were questions on whose orders were ready to hand out. I would highly recommend.

Not a local, so this was my first time at a Mr. Hero so I had to try the Roman Burger. It did not disspoint! I'm glad this was recommended.
Waffle fries with the hot cheese sauce were good and the Cheddar filled Jalepeno poppers were great!
Service was quick and friendly as well.

My fries weren't cooked the whole way.. The bread on Roman burgers is not the same as it used to be... no surprise ....cutting costI guess.... The young man was nice but seems to be rushing... This was ... Always my go to Mr. hero spot.. Not anymore, really wasn't good..

We always have an excellent meal from this Mr hero!! We drive past one location that is right by our house because it's never as good as the state road Mr hero. My sandwiches are always perfect and I finish every bite wishing I had just a little more!!
