My fries weren't cooked the whole way.. The bread on Roman burgers is not the same as it used to be... no surprise ....cutting costI guess.... The young man was nice but seems to be rushing... This was ... Always my go to Mr. hero spot.. Not anymore, really wasn't good..

We always have an excellent meal from this Mr hero!! We drive past one location that is right by our house because it's never as good as the state road Mr hero. My sandwiches are always perfect and I finish every bite wishing I had just a little more!!

I have grown up in Cleveland my whole life. I haven't seen a Mr Hero this clean and well takin care of in a long time. Let admit they went down hill there in the 90s 00s. But they are making a come back.This one store on state and snow. Tucked away.. AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE. The staff says it all here. You walk in and you are greeted my a warm welcome and taken care of with the up most respect. The service is first hand with customer in mind. This Mr Hero is the BEST I HAVE BEEN TO IN A VERY LONG TIME. I eat at different ones around different areas. I order here a lot, even though door dash and the Roman burger with extra oil is always hot and fresh and Amazing.No other Mr Hero around can compare to the food and QUALITY YOU ARE DOING. I have eaten at a lot of them.. But you my friend are my Favorite one. I will wait till I get near your store to order food. Fresh and hot. So yummy. I will continue talking about your store. You deserve 1st place. The main Headquarters should know.Till then my friends.Roman burger with no tomatoes with extra oil. Thank you.

My first time in Mr.Hero, and is was very good! The sandwich shop makes fast service and hot food. I got the biggest sizes with fries and cheese. I would come back again and recommend this stop. The price is above average so bring lots of money.
Food was hot and fresh
Not a local, so this was my first time at a Mr. Hero so I had to try the Roman Burger. It did not disspoint! I'm glad this was recommended.
Waffle fries with the hot cheese sauce were good and the Cheddar filled Jalepeno poppers were great!
Service was quick and friendly as well.
Not bad was pleased with the service food was great keep up the good work.
This Mr. Hero is always clean with fresh food. Recommend highly.
