For some reason the tuna subs tasted really bland. Took way longer than it should have even though there were 4 people behind the counter.

I only come here for the breaded mushrooms. They are always perfectly cooked and NEVER soggy. I appreciate that. The people that work there are pleasant and seem happy to see anyone that walks through the door.

This is a really busy place. Probably the best way of ordering is online. Especially if you are entertaining company from out of town. Because Mr. Hero is an Ohio thing. People outside of Ohio do not have the opportunity to enjoy the Romain Burger. It would not be safe to ship a sandwich. Treat yourself and enjoy your life ✨️ 😉.

I've tried other Mr. Hero is nearby, but the quality and freshness at this location are superior. I think it is due to the manager and staff. They keep the restaurant cleaner than most fast food places I've visited. It may be psychological, but having it so clean and neat makes eating there more relaxing and the food tastes better than their competitors.

The meat taste tastes like very low quality, veggies were slimy. Cheese sauce didn't even taste like cheese. Seemed to me the quality of their food is decreasing more and more other month or so....

This is absolutely the best. Mr. Heroes in Cleveland Most awesome sandwich shop. You walk in and the place is amazingly clean and they greet you with a wonderful, warm smile and the food is done quickly and tasty. If you don't eat here you're nuts. I had my dog with me in the car. They could see I was trying to calm him down and they brought my food out to me.I came here 5 days in a row. Would have done it for the sixth. But the family wanted the little variety. Man, I love this place.
The food is always great from my local Mr. Hero, and the service is friendlier than normal for a "fast food" restaurant. I ordered the gyro with extra meat and was amazed at how much meat I got! It was exactly what extra meat is supposed to be when you order it! Keep it up!

The large zesty I got from them was abysmal, to say the least. The other sandwich had burnt steak...on sandwich was suppose to have saurkraut it did not.... I spent 40$, and I definitely will never go back and spend my money at this location. Maybe if it wasn't my first time but that was straight trash!

Why In The World is this place empty at 5pm?!!! We stopped in for a quick Romanburger and waffle fries to go and there was no one in there? The restaurant is super clean, friendly cashier, inviting atmosphere, and fresh ingredients. We'll definitely be back and telling our friends! Hidden Gem in this plaza.
