Way overpriced. Chicken nuggets looked like they were banquet nuggets with a small amount of sauce globbed on top. Waffer fries were undercooked and there was like 6 small waffers in 1 order. With microwaved bacon. And not enough cheese sauce. The cheese steak was nasty. Made with stakems that they didn't even chop up. And they wanted $3.00 just for a cup of ice.

It was an online order that was paid for and they didn't provide the fries for 2 out of the 3 meals. Then I asked for a cup holder and they were so busy talking in the back that they didn't even hear or acknowledge me. I'll work on my refund but I don't want the service from this location anymore!

So this has by far been my go to Mr Hero for a while, but today I ordered my regular and was charged for the extra seasoning. Yalls prices just went up and I've ordered this 100 times before with no extra charge AND it was the regular amount of seasoning on my sandwich. Really? At least charge me and ACTUALLY put double
