I only rated four stars because I can't personally go and purchase their Swiss American cheese at a regular store because Mr Hero itself is the only ones with that brand of cheese!! So I am mad and jealous LOL!! I love their Swiss American cheese!! 😋😋💖💯.... The food, service, & atmosphere was all great though honestly!!

I usually go here maybe twice a month I will only get a sandwich only one time one one of those stop if I have my partner with I will grab the Mr Mr hero from there if I'm with my sis I don't grab nothing other than something to drink from gas station and gas on the go its nice right on the corner of 55th and kinsman Rd and woodland have a great day every one

My sandwich was good never had any problems with this particular Mr. Hero. However today some of the other customers were giving the lady working lunch today a hard time when she was just trying to do her job I appreciate her patience while she dealt with rude customers and her supervisor which didn’t seem to appreciate her hard work. I just like to give credit where it’s due. I hope she has a better day..

Food always made fresh my only complaint the customers are loud & ghetto & this place can be overcrowded outside & inside only stop here seldomly also the dude that always wears the AirPod earbuds is rude and disrespectful and should be careful there are dangerous people that frequent that location - a little bit of kindness doesn’t cost a dime !

I have absolutely nothing bad at all to say about any mr hero i have been to and purchased food. The service is awesome and very fast I love their food especially their extra double loaded Philly cheese steak sub with a side of their waffle fries and 2 cups of extra cheese on the side its most definitely one of my favorites for sure..and the atmosphere itself has just a good aura all the way around about it!

I am leaving this review because earlier this week I had a Romanburger delivered from this E. 55th location. It was hands-down the best Romanburger I’ve ever had. The bread was cooked properly, it was well sauced and piping hot.
Not all Heroes wear capes. But the one on E. 55th smacks. ❤️
I love Mr Hero, but the last time I was there it was terrible! We got the new waffle doodle sandwich and it was the worst thing I've ever eaten! The foam chicken it's made with made me never want to eat there again! But because I know that they make good food besides that gross waffle thing I'll be back. This location is in a gas station so it can get pretty crowded buy normally the food from here is pretty good. They tend to under cook the breaded .mushrooms tho. But they make a good roman burger so I'll stick with that from now on! Please stay away from the WAFFLE DOODLE!

Last night's experience with the staff member taking orders was disappointing and regrettable. The staff member was rude, and their energy was poor, resulting in an overall rating of 0 out of 10 for both the establishment and the staff member's performance. Furthermore, due to a previous incident that almost led to a shootout, I intentionally avoid visiting the establishment. The guy said I speaking low I asked the woman could she hear me and she explained she could hear me just fine. I chose to keep my hard earned money and not spend it with people who displayed unprofessional and rude behavior. Food from people with bad energy lol I think not.

On my lunch break for 30 minutes I waited in line for 30 minutes my whole entire break I asked for a refund and they don't know how to do a refund. I spent my whole lunch waiting in line didn't even eat my sandwich
