I was CHARGED 4% Sur Charge at check out! Yes they had a notice but I didnt see it till I was getting my Subs! When you charge the tiny machie just takes your charge & thats that! Not until you get your order do you see the Notice of 4% extra! 2% ok fine but 4% NOPE! Never going back! SHAME ON YOU!

The food was as good as Mr. Hero can be. The place was very clean! I had read the review about dogs in there, so I was looking around and being judgier than normal. The man who took our order and gave us our food was very nice.
Tries to over charge customer. Has two dogs running around in the kitchen & they defecate on the floor & they walk in it. Should get shut down.

Typically, a one-man shop when I go in. Wasn't thrilled the first time I went in and decided to give it a second shot. Waited 15 minutes for two sandwiches. Close to leaving another customer came in and told the employee working he wanted a medium roman burger; employee rang up two roman burgers and the guy paid for them. A few minutes later he noticed he was charged incorrectly, and the employee fought with the man saying he ordered two sandwiches and refused to refund him (when even I heard him order a medium.) I get back to work and my coworker noticed their sub was a small and not a medium and we were charged for a medium. Don't think I'll go back.

Just ordered pick-up from the North Ridgeville location and it was horrible and nothing was made correctly. Paid for extra cheese on three sandwiches and didn't receive it. Paid for extra mushrooms on two sandwiches and didn't receive it. Instead there were only a few mushrooms on the sandwiches and hardly any toppings on the deluxe hot buttered steak. It was like eating met and bread. Everything was so greasy that we had to sop up the grease with paper towels. The bread was so greasy that it was doughy. Nothing tasted good at all. They also ignored my special instructions to cut the Roman Burger in half instead of 3rds as well. Extremely disappointing experience for the cost, especially when not getting the extras we paid for.
