This is the BEST Mr. Hero on the westside. Chicken Philly perfect every time, fries hot & crispy. Roman Burger looked incredible and was. No greasy slug ball, or soggy buns. Fresh & hot. Every time.

Food is good but don't waste your money on the bte it's not even 50% extra like claimed. I mean if I got a medium romanburger bte shouldn't I have more than 3 hamburger patties and more luncheon meat ijs. And talking to the owner is frustrating he doesn't care frfr he already got the $ lol. 1st time shame on them this 2nd time shame on me for trusting them to give me my $ worth

I saw 2 huge rats running around in the dining room. I screamed and ran out of there. I called the Health Department and reported them. Please don't eat here.

Don't waste your time. no one was at the counter and when the worker that was there cooking looked at me he didn't say anything to let me know anything and continued to do what he was doing.

Drive-thru service was average nothing special. From the outside you wouldn't even know the place was in business. Run down building, huge potholes in the lot where you drive to get to the drive thru ordering system, basically no curb appeal whatsoever. Ordered a large Roman burger that was okay. Luke-warm at best and I live three minutes from this place. Better options in the area. Won't be going back.

Where do I EVEN start. Will not be ordering food from here or giving my time. I am self aware as well as culturally aware. TBH, the owner or whoever works the window..older guy.. he is RUDE. I had to stoop to his level in order for me to obtain respectable service, but of course..it didn't come without him cursing me out on his language. Probably "ni$&@ this" n- word that. Just rude. Smh? Mr. Heros isnt a choice for me.. it was for someone else.. which is even worse! Close them down. Seriously.not worth it .

There was a time where this place was decent, however judging by tonight's dinner, that time has come and past. I can appreciate that times are hard and getting certain items might be difficult, but that's no excuse to purposely ruin your products by trying to stretch them further. The cheese 'sauce' I got tonight was so watered down it barely stuck to the fries.. The over priced sandwiches were basically bread. I wasted 60 dollars of my hard earned money to treat my family. A disappointment to say the least.
