I wish I could give them 5 stars bc the service definitely was, my waffle fries were SWIMMING in the cheese sauce and I asked for the ranch on the side, but it was on it. Then, my sandwich was almost cold and half of it fell out of the wrapper onto the floor, so I only got to eat half of it. My husband liked his sandwich, but his was just lukewarm and it wasn't swimming in the mayo, but there was too much on it. It was also a bummer that there's nowhere to sit inside, so we had to eat in our car. I'm thinking that my sandwich may not have fallen apart had I been able to eat inside. I'm not sure if we'll be back.

I just called them about 5 minutes ago because in my GrubHub order I was missing my peanut butter brownie. When I finally got the man that answered the phone to understand this, he says it’s probably in the bag and I said well it wasn’t at the bottom of the bag nor in the bag with the mozzarella sticks or wrapped up in the sandwich so where else could it be. He then replies oh well I thought it was in the bag, sorry, and hung up on me!!!!! So this is another place to just completely avoid!!!!!!!

First time trying Mr.Hero today. I was skeptical at first. But glad I tried it. I enjoy trying something new every so often. I would say the pricing is just about the same as a Big Mac. Just this food is actually fresh and delicious. We got our meal within 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend this place if you are skeptical as I was.

I ordered a medium Roman Burger and a regular Deluxe Cheese Steak with extra mushrooms online. Instead of getting the cheese steak, I got another Roman Burger with mushrooms.?.?.? There was only 1 other order on the board when I got there 3 minutes after placing the order, so I know they weren't busy. How do you mix up a Roman Burger with a Cheese Steak?!

First time there. I ordered a regular roman burger. the burger was hard. Makes me wonder what in the world he was grilling if my sandwich wasn't hot. Ordered a fountain drink and it was almost flat. Will not return. Rug could have been cleaned also.
