A great pizza place located in Parma. We always get a pizza and salad from here. The staff is very nice. Their sweet sauce is amazing! I highly recommend it.

Very sad to say I have changed my five star review down to a one. Once I moved to the area , this became my favorite pizza spot and the only pizza spot I would order from. After quite a few years of that and ordering the exact same thing every time.... The last three times has been way below average. I asked for thin crust , but was given a thick crust. I ordered a side of meatballs with marinara. They put the sauce on the side(oh well, ill get over that) but the meatballs were ice cold. I ordered a side of WHITE garlic butter sauce to see if I would like it on a pizza for next time. I was given garlic butter. Not sure where the white is. I also asked three times if it was a white sauce since it was called white garlic butter. I love that the staff tends to be young teens but can't we have well trained teens? Putting people on hold for 5 minuts without saying anything is just rude (this was my 3rd time on hold) Thanks for all the great pizza and great service over the past few years. Not sure why it changed. Now I'll be able to give Mama Juliannes a try

From out of town, whenever traveling attempt to review/try as many pizza places as possible. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza, nothing special or fancy, no specialty pie, just a large pep. Was cooked fine, not greasy, not too thin, toppings were adequate, staff was friendly, could see it was very popular with a stream of ppl coming in/out. We thought it was a bargain considering what pizza costs in our city. BUT, the shock of whatever corn syrup ketchup and brown sugar concoction, topping that belongs on a ham loaf that is considered sauce hit my lips, it is mind boggling ppl actually choose or want to eat this. A flurry of questions started, did I say something wrong? Did I order the wrong thing, did I have to specify? Is this the house sauce? Sry but we threw it out, one bite and done. Then I see later that it's not the standard sauce but some Cleveland regional monstrosity, that it has to be requested? So basically it 'could' have been a good xp, but instead we were given someone else's order b/c the name was someone else's. If that's your jam, you'll love it clearly as someone ordered it. I'm determined to add one more star next time I'm in the area by trying the trad sauce and receiving the right order.

I’ve been ordering there for some time and everything always been great until today, I got small pepperoni pizza with meatballs and meatballs sandwich and chicken bacon ranch sandwich… waited 45 minutes since I get it it’s Friday but everything was overcooked and burned on edges and under cooked in the middle(pizza) sandwiches both burned overcooked … I like their food but as off today they lost a costumer, I’m not looking for free food I just want to give advice because if u hire bunch of teenagers make sure they do good job?do not speed up cooking

Our son who works nearby suggested Napoleon. I am Italian and picky when it comes to pizza. Their pizza was excellent. The bready part of it was just write, and it had a ton of cheese and toppings. It was ready quickly and the young man there was very polite. Looking back to another trip to Napoleon when in Parma, Ohio.
We ordered 10 sheet pizzas for our church anniversary brunch and the service we received was nothing short of excellent! From the time I submitted the order, to the follow up they provided and the timely delivery. and everyone who had not tried your pizza before said they would definitely be checking you out! Thank you for helping make our special day more special!!! We will definitely be back for our future events!
