Nautica Queen Cleveland's Dining Cruise Ship

Had the most wonderfull time with 99.5 the fish a few years ago. Met a great couple and the view was spectacular!! Food was great and so was the Fish radio DJ

We pre paid to reserve a lunch cruise on Aug 16th, and when we got to the service counter, the lady said it would be docked lunch due to technical problems with the Nautica Queen. My husband asked for a refund due to the boat cruise being canceled without notice. A refund was honor but no refund confirmation document to verify. The service lady said they don't do it that way here. We asked the lady to write her name and the word refunded on our original receipt, which she did. We did finally get the refund credited back to our credit card. The problem was a lack of consideration for their customers. We were expecting a cruise and lunch. They didn't even offer to take off the price difference without the cruise. This was our 44th wedding anniversary. Very upsetting how Nautica Queen delt with us. They should have notified us that the ship was docked and given us the decision to can. Shame On Them! That's not the way to do business, wirh paying customers!!!

The food was awful. A class reunion with about 200 people and they served cheap food. The eggs was powered egg or something, you could see through the bacon, it was so thin, and the turkey meat taste like card board. THE FOOD WAS COLD and they ran out of plates.

Amazing night. Great food service atmosphere. Thumbs up all the way. Beautiful time. Dress up or casual. However you want. You must experience.

Disrespectful, degrading, discriminating, unsanitary, toilets on the first deck overflowed and they didn't have it professionally cleaned but instead made the deck hands clean literal fecal matter with no type of protective proper gear, deck hands were yelled at and spoken to as if it was their faults even tho the captain knew before hand that boat had underlying plumbing issues, the captains incredibly unprofessional, rude, and EGOTISTICAL. Don't waste your time and money. Racist/Discriminating Mangers refered to ethnic employee deck hands as "Minions" and treats them less than human. Their carpets on every floor by the bathrooms are soaked in fecal water. I repeat DONT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY, THIS PLACE SUCKS. Younger generation employees deserve just as much respect as any other and it's extremely rude and distasteful to treat someone differently because of their age and still expect to be respected.

They didn't have a variety of desserts to select from, just on, and everyone doesn't eat cheese cake.

ASHTON WAS THE BEST PART OF THIS EXPIERENCE!!!! He needs a raise and a promotion. He has the perfect balance of personality and professionalism we wouldn’t have had as great of a time if he wasn’t our server!! We hope you appreciate how great of an asset he is the food was ok the scenery was perfect but great service will get us back on this boat! THANK YOU ASHTON

Great short dinner/dance cruise around Cleveland. Food was wonderful. The views of downtown are varied and bespeak a lot of local history. Great choice for an anniversary dinner, as this was for us.

The Nautica Queen is retired as of yesterday (Tuesday, August 1st 2023) and our cruise on their new ship, the Princess Caroline, both big, cozy, comfortable ships, was a real delight. Even during the week, there were over 100 passengers onboard and some of our friends couldn't come with us because they waited too late to book, so y'all be sure to plan and book early! Three weeks for a midweek dinner cruise is not too early! Food was delicious. We didn't have to cruise far to all enjoy being on the water and to appreciate the lovely views of the harbor, the city, and the many different kinds of passing boats, from tugboats to paddle boats to sailboats and massive cargo ships. Will try to do again before leaving Cleveland in a couple of months, for sure!

We went on the lunch cruise on July 4th. The experience was wonderful. The ship was very clean, the lunch buffet was not only tasty but all offerings were maintained full and fresh. Staff is professional and passenger comfort and enjoyment was spot on. Kudos to the hostess/manager, Karen and our server Judy. Wonderful and affordable experience.

If you like dinner cruises on the lake, it's well worth it.

What a wonderful boat excursion and Sunday brunch rolled into one afternoon! While the guys were at a mopar car show that day we ladies enjoyed being pampered on this cruise. "Thank you" to the very courteous and helpful staff.

Price was reasonable, lunch buffet tasted amazing, parking was easy to access, had a dj on the boat with a bar . Our waitress Charmaine was absolutely amazing!!! Very patient, respectful, she made sure we were taken care of! We will be going back again!

We had a supercalifragilistic Father's Day brunch on board the Nautica Queen. The ? food was scrum·did·dly·ump·tious and the captain is highly hospitable. She is a joyful Captain and so is her crew.
