new orleans seafood

Food was old like it was cooked yesterday and refried today, ordered perch amd orange roughy. Coleslaw was spoiled. Please DON'T ORDER FROM THIS TRIFLING PLACE. LOST $31 ORDERING FOR MY STAFF.

I went to Big Bone restaurant that inside New Orleans Seafood the food was great

I'm sorry it's great to support black businesses when black businesses give you nothing to support what are you supposed to do I'm shocked this place is still open the food portions are small prices are high I would not recommend it I do notice that they have crab legs and buttered corn but you don't get a bang for your buck here I'm sorry

I love the Catfish

I have been to this Kinsman location several times before without any problems. But, on this visit it was totally awful. When You enter the store once You turn slightly right to approach the window where the food is to be picked up from, there is a sensor barrier that when You cross it, it goes off kind of loudly to alert the staff that someone has entered the store. On my previous visits someone was always already there and immediately asking who or are You picking up for ...... But, this last visit didn't happen like that. I was saying "Hello", is anybody there? I'm here to pick up a Door Dash order?". No one responded so, I started talking into the microphone that was on the counter (thinking that it was on and stating that I was there to pick up an order ( actually 2 for the same person) and still no response. So, I started pacing back and forth crossing the sensor barrier to set it off to let someone know that I had arrived. No one still responded so, I started knocking on the closed doors, banging on the inside windows of the store to a back room and at the service counter where You receive Your food from a revolving glass box. Again no one answered, responded nor came to assist me for approximately 8 minutes. So, I started calling the number to the store and kept getting hung up on or it would go to voicemail. I left a message only once because I was getting very impatient because I was losing money wasting my time there. I started to leave when someone finally said " Can I help You?". I told the male employee that I had been there for quite some time knocking, calling and almost yelling to get someone to help me. And He said " I didn't hear the bell go off. It goes off once You enter the store and I didn't hear it.". I responder that "YES" it did several times, I called and You hung up on me, etc., etc. He denied that any of that had occurred. So, I just stated " Is the food for ...ready, She has 2 orders that I am here to pickup. And I am already late delivering these orders. He gave me the food quickly (no in a nice way), I just looked at Him and said Thank You!, and quickly walked out of the store. Not a very good experience this go round.

Food is disgusting!!!! Undercooked, chicken wing was still bloody! Ribs are like rubber! Quality of food is disturbing! DO NOT EAT HERE!

Food is horrible should be closed down for good

Ordered wings and fries they shorted me a few wings and when I let them know mf said he'd replace it with fries ? Never went back

FOOD WAS HORRIBLE.. RIBS WAS BAKED WITH EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS OF SEASONING SALT... OPEN PIT BARBECUE SAUCE DUMPED AND SOAKED ON THE RIBS. THE CANNED GREENS WAS CHIPPED INTO BITE SIZED PORTIONS. NO MEAT JUST THE GRISTLE FROM THE BONE AND NO SEASONING, JUST AWFUL. NOT TO MENTION THE TINY PIECE OF CAKE FOR $3 THAT TASTE LIKE A CARDBOARD BOX THAT WAS VERY HARD

Portions were small enough to be considered a kids meal. They charge way to much for 4 small shrimp and 2 pieces of extremely small fish.

Ordered off door dash got the 6 piece scampi and tenders for my little with two sides of Mac and corn all my food was cold the corn the scampi and they put the Mac in the microwave so long it burnt on the outside and it WAS STILL COLD ??‍♀️ My littles tenders where hot though not bad

HORRIBLE..My food was cold I got shrimp and fish combo. I paid 16.95 for 4 salad shrimp and 2 baby pieces of uncooked IDK what kind of fish this is. Im sure the cook wouldn't dare eat what I was given. Why give it to someone else..And this place should be ashamed passing out them baby shrimp in a meal for 16.00 like they jumbo..smh

The butterfly shrimp was delicious and well prepared
