I don't know why they kept the name No. 1 Kitchen after the original owners left. They don't have nothin to be NO.1. Food, specially the rice is alway hard not cooked enough, charging a ridiculous amount of a fee for using credit or debit card for purchase. The Cleveland Department of Food and Health Department should go there and due an audit.

Very mediocre Chinese food. We ordered crab rangoons, egg rolls, vegetable lo neon, and sesame chicken. Everything was just meh. Nothing special or memorable about anything. I wish I could say better things because it's the closest Chinese food to my home, but unfortunately not.
Normally I Never had a problem with number 1 kitchen today they gave me the wrong order and the meat they’re refusing to replace or refund my money and I’m willing to bring the food back it’s not like I’m trying to scan them and this person that’s taking the phone order has continued to hang up on me time after time like he don’t even wanna be bothered by talking to me I find it very rude to be hung up on that one with six different times just because he did not want to deal with a refund or just making me a new order. I’ve been ordering out here and there other store for over 10/ years and this is the first time I ever had a problem with the service and the food. I do suggest that you take this review seriously make be for you right valuable costume.
