GREAT EXPERIENCE HERE! THE GUY RUNNING LUMPING SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY POLITE, PRECISE, and INFORMATIVE. BACKING IN TOOK ME A WHILE BUT SHOULDNT BE AN ISSUE FOR EXPERIENCED DRIVERS. APPT AT 1PM BUT WAS BACKED IN AROUND 830- DONE BY 10 WITH TOTAL LOAD 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Drivers are terrible, can’t stay in their own lane when turning. Turned from right most lane into other lane with cars there. Do better or don’t drive a truck.

Checked in late due to a trl tire blowout and I was still unloaded very fast. Everyone was professional and polite. 5 stars. Thank you!

IF YOU WANT TO WORK ALL DAY LOAD AND UNLOAD YOUR TRUCKS YOURSELF AND GET YOUR LOADS TOGETHER YOURSELF THEN THIS IS FOR YOU BUT ITS BETTER OUT THERE THAT DONT REQUIRE A LOT OF PHYSICAL LABOR

customer service over phone is terrible just hung up or put on hold without saying anything

Be ready to wait 3-5h on the dock

Docks are pretty tight, you'll be alright if you know how to back. Shipping/receiving door on other side of docks, park at the stop sign after coming around the building. They had me out in roughly an hour, lumper does not take CC but he's a nice guy & will work with you.

Read the comments, was scary about the delivery, that it will take 4-5 hours for unloading, 9AM appt, in time 8:11 AM, Out time 8:40 AM

Go in entrance drive counter clockwise around building to the stop sign. Walk paperwork to front entrance to check in. They go buy order in line yes you can deliver early.. lumper guy comes out with price he’s a good guy. They don’t take long at all. Everyone here is nice..

Got me in a door two hour before my appointment. Can't park on facility but I parked on a pa80 west bound service area 30 mins away from the location. Parking isn't tight if you know how to drive. Friendly atmosphere where they open the door for you and employees blow kisses to each other. Good morning, thank you and have a nice day, it felt like was in north Carolina.

I'd give 5 stars but the docks are super tight! Make sure to stop at the sign by the tracks and check in with shipping/ receiving by door 1 before pulling all the way around and blocking docks. They go by appointment times, you can come early but there's a good chance you'll have to wait.
