Highly recommend. Tasty tofu scramble (presented beautifully) and smoothie. Fresh ingredients. Inviting ambience. Fair prices. Nice!
For $10 I had such a substantial and absolutely delicious tofu scramble on sourdough toast. The red pepper sauce it came with really elevated the dish. I would eat here often if I lived local. Super chill environment and friendly service.
Our Vegan breakfast in Cleveland at Nourish Wellness Cafe was delicious and nutritious. Generally, I'm not a fan of Scrambled Tofu using turmeric. I prefer using nutritional yeast, but these folks made turmeric work where others have failed. It wasn't overpowering. It was just delicious.
Vegan Chia and Coconut Yogurt parfait with blueberries, pumpkin seeds, and granola
Scrambled Tofu with mushrooms and vegan Feta cheese on whole wheat toast
Scrambled Tofu with mushrooms, fresh spinach, and marinated chickpeas on sourdough toast
As much as we really liked their local breads, toasted made it difficult to cut and eat. I think I'd get the Scrambled Tofu in a tortilla next time as a breakfast burrito (which is an option they offer) and have a slice of their delicious toast on the side. The raw spinach leafs also made cutting and eating somewhat challenging. It woukd be easier to eat of they chopped them first. This probably is not at all a problem in a breakfast burrito. Despite this, we really enjoyed our breakfast and would not hesitate to return.
We als9 really enjoyed the chia and Coconut Yogurt parfait. It's a really nice combination.
The staff was helpful and cheerfully answer our questions.
The ambiance is modern eclectic fun.

Yummy, healthy food and a cool vibe inside! We got the chia pudding, tofu scramble, and iced coffee. 10/10 recommend.
Total home run for vegan lovers. The Power Protein salad was fabulous, and the service was awesome. Definitely will be back, highly recommend.

Stopped by for brunch on my first visit to the Waterloo District. I had the peanut butter & berry smoothie and the avo toast. They were so good, and exactly what I needed. Improved my morning mood, and I definitely felt nourished. Would recommend.

I bought the Citrus Got Real smoothie for a great price and tasted great! Healthy ingredients. The Kimchi Toast Crunch and Veg Head wrap were tasty and good for you. The spinach and sourdough were a nice touch, and cant beat the prices. I recommend anyone going here for cost effective health foods that actually fill you up.

I tried the Citrus Got Real solely because the name was so good - and the smoothie was SO GOOD!LOVE the fact that the place uses all vegan ingredients. It has a really welcoming vibe and I don't feel judged there. Will definitely be returning!

Decided to give Nourish a try a few times as I've missed going to Ritual which was previously in this building. Should've never changed to Nourish. I came here and let me tell you it was truly a let down. Seems like they are just doing the bare minimum. I got the clean and green goddess. It was the consistency of water and tasted like ice. Time before this I got a toast that was soggy and not made of high quality ingredients like they brag about using. I can honestly say i've given it a try twice and will not return. Bring back what used to be there that everyone on the street and neighborhood loved.

People should absolutely give this a try. You will not be dissappinted. I heard Poplife on waterloo was getting renovated and was having a reopening, so I figured id give it a try. Food was fantastic. I had a BPM smoothie (banana, pineapple, mango, spinach) and their winter cobb salad and they tasted great, clearly healthy, and was $10 for the salad and less than $10 for the smoothie which is insane because of how affordable that is nowadays. I asked the worker how it was so cost effective and she said they aim to make the food as affordable as possible as part of their motto, which includes doing their best to undercut competitor prices. Im going to start coming here once a week or so for something healthy and cost effective as well as to support local business and the revamping neighborhoods in waterloo.
