Great food! Service in the restaurant is fine but for pick up which most people do these days - uh worst I’ve ever encountered probably. Called 20x, have done this multiple times. Dude in the front constantly forgets orders or legit doesn’t answer the phone. The 10th day I’ve chosen another place because they don’t answer the phone goes to show they really just don’t care if you order here. Don’t know what else to say - the food is actually very good too!

Please do not go eat at this restaurant. The service is horrible and the owner is wearing flip flops while serving food. My food is not even hot and when I arrive, they did not give me any water after 15 minutes . The server seems in a bad mood and does not know how to smile. They are not the number 1 pho in Cleveland at all. I strongly do not recommend . Horrible service and experience .

This restaurant needs to get its arms around significant service and quality issues or it won’t make it. There has been a dramatic drop off in quality the past three times I’ve visited, and the first needs to be replacing the manager with another individual with the prerequisite customer-facing skills to address their problems. Cleanliness is a significant issue as it’s now to the point where plates, cutlery, and skin stick to the tables. Customer service it a problem as I had to specifically leave the table to track down someone to:
1) bring me a menu
2) clean the table
3) bring me the check
I had to ask four times for someone to clean my table as the manager refused to believe me. I’ve decided it’s no longer worth going their as Superior Pho is right across the street.

I had never tried pho. I wanted to try it as I am a big fan of assorted cuts of meat. Especially beef, pork and goat. I ordered the beef pho (not raw) and charbroil pork spring rolls. The pho was very underwhelming. Weird tasting broth (not nasty) and a weird type of beef meatball/sausage? And tough, thin pieces of steak. Not much of a variety of cuts of beef. The charbroil pork spring rolls, however I like. Also the food, including the pho is a bit sweet, which I am not particularly a fan of. The quality and care of the food was top tier tho. If you like pho I'm guessing you will love this

My first time at this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Service was great and very friendly. Food was delicious. Restaurant was very clean and tidy. There was an incidence when a man came in and started asking other customers for spare change and money, but the workers handled it extremely well and apologized for his actions. Everyone was very nice. I will definitely be back.

#1?? Not even top ten. Stood at the front and waited to be sat in an empty restaurant so long that I had to sit as everyone was concerned with helping someone find something. After finally getting sat I got my pho and noodles were over cooked and clumpy, broth was bland. It came with very little meat. Half way through realized I didn’t get water or anything to drink and would’ve told someone but no one ever came back. Was given bare minimum in all aspects.

Absolutely delicious! Great serving size and awesome prices. Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy but the restaurant was very nice. I got the dumpling soup and it was so good. Can’t wait to go back.

The pho was ok. The broth could’ve had more body but I love the additional toppings they service with it. It was a large portion of broth but very scarce on the meat that was a bit tough. I will go back and try something different.

This is a great pho spot. The building is attractive and in a good location near the freeway and near downtown / Asia town.
