Terrible service. The stated delivery time was 60 minutes. After 70 minutes I called and they said that the food was on the way. Mind you, my house is 10 minutes from the nunzio's location. 30 minutes later I called them back and canceled my order and they said they would call the driver and let him know. Who shows up about 5 minutes later? The driver... Absolute garbage service. If you State 60 minutes, and you're not going to be even close to it, you need to call your customer.
Additionally, customer service on the phone is non-existent. The people are flat out rude. I used to order from nunzios very regularly, the last two times have been instances like this, there shall not be another time.
The excuse these people give is that they only have one driver. And this doesn't happen at locations that accept doordash. And if you say that doordash costs too much money, charge, more. People pay for service. Service is arguably more important than the product itself. I honestly hope this location shuts down at some point. It would be doing people a good service to not be in existence anymore.

That pizza sucked big time, not only did it take 2 hrs to get it was cold like they took it out the fridge and delivered it, great value pizza puts it to shame, had to warm it up so I can eat it, worst $17 I ever paid for a pizza,NEVER AGAIN

I love Nunzio. I cannot live without it at least I gotta have at least once a year. If I’m in Cleveland, location is excellent and the ladies at the front desk are very funny. Tina, she’s a life of joy I couldn’t ask for a better person to assist me taking my order. Mariah, she’s a very worn spot of my heart because of the way she take care of everything on her day-to-day basis. And I can’t forget about Glendy. She’s really wonderful and a smile that are bright up. The whole room and customers are waiting for longtime orders. Must visit 1010. Highly recommend.

I ordered a submarine which is listed at $5.50 but was charged $8.50. I might add it only had 2 slices of meat on it. Totally disgusted and will never order there again. Wish I took a picture now.
I ordered them from last night. It’s a dumb an hour and a half to get me my food. My food was cold when I called to tell them they told me that I could either take a six dollar credit for my food or they can swap it out and when I told them that I had fed my kids, they told me they could no longer swap it out and that I had to take a six dollar credit knowing damn well that they were giving me cold food because they’re drivers car broke down and my food was sitting in there and they had to wait for drivers car to get fixed they didn’t bother to call me to tell me there was a problem or anything delivered it like normal that is absolutely ridiculous but I had to make my kids wait an hour and a half for the food to be cold and you will do absolutely nothing about it. How do you deliver someone cold food, knowing it was gonna be cold
