Very disappointed with Nunzio’s Pizzeria, nasty cheese pizza the cheese peels off from the pizza. The cheese is very chewy and it feels like am chewying on plastic.

Every time I call to order the lady answers and tells me to hold on and she puts me on hold for 10 minutes and then hangs up….

I have called there before at 2:46am and they took my order no problem many of times I called tonight at 2:29am and the lady said that they weren't taking orders I asked what time do they stop taking orders she says 2:30am so why does it say that you close at 3am it should say that you close at 2:30am not 3am W.T.H

When you're hungry for a pizza that has its own flavor profile and is consistent and open late. This is my go-to . Their aglio y olio is yummy if red sauce isn't your thing.

My son just got robbed walking back to the car with his pizza. Some guy at the bus stop out front pistol whipped him and ran away with his pizza.

I have been ordering nunzios a few times a week since I moved to Cleveland in May….. always ordering the same pizza every time. The one time my roommates put in a larger order…. Their $50 order was a total let down…. Subs were nasty…. The mozzarella sticks 🤮…. Then to look at the receipt and realize they over charged us…. When I called them the lady said I the only way I could get the $10 they over charged us back was to return all the food…. Then I was told that it’s not their problem because I went by the prices listed on google…. Instead of the nunzios website…. Smh…. A week later no call from the owner…. I will never order from them again.

I ordered online for delivery for a pizza and normally I don't have an issue but I guess someone brought their personal issues to work or whatever the case the lady I spoke with was rather rude and unwilling to compromise for the fact that my order wasn't handled correctly nor was my order refunded even though I had requested one never coming here ever again
