Called in my pizza and an antipasto salad got there and the lady had an attitude because I was a five mins early and said it had only been 3 mins since i ordered mind you it was a ten min drive ..plus the whole building smelled like a carton of cigarettes and the girl making the pizzas had sores on her hands so needless to say nasty attitudes and nasty looking people working If you're a tweaker get a job here

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER ! i waited 2 hours at my place of employment for DINNER for my 10 HR SHIFT ! and there "online ordering " suddenly doesn't work ... why have me wait 2 hours for food that supposedly isn't even ordered ? 0/5 stars if i could , AND THEY NEVER COMMUNICATED THIS UNTIL IT WAS TIME FOR MY LUNCH BREAK AND I HAD CALLED !

Man, I don't get the hate the people hating on them. I order from the Lakewood location using their website about 2-3 times a month, the pizza comes hot and ready in about 30ish minutes. Delivery dude is always nice AF.A couple times they took longer, but that's on high volume days or later at night.Oh, yeah what other pizza joint in the Cleveland area is gonna bring you a pie when you're too messed up to drive anywhere at like 1 am? No one that's who.Big ups to Lakewood Guardian Angels of Pizza.

Can't believe all the bad reviews and low score. This is the best pizza around. Period. It's just the the very low percent review cuz they're mad. The vast majority that lives it doesn't review. I only did cuz it ridiculous the score is so low.

when they mess up an order and deliver nothing don't call you to fix it and when you call them for a refund they are RUDE af. literally argued with me over it. Done. like over 20 years of giving their crappy greasy pizza and tweaked out delivery drivers business. Take your nasty customer service or lack of it and crappy pizza and shove it. I hope you get bought out for more stupid over priced condos in the hood.
