My favorite spot in downtown Cleveland. Manny and staff are second to none. Corned beef with mozzarella, no pickle. Heaven wrapped up perfectly. My favorite lunch place downtown and I purpose for as much as possible. Manny is one the classiest and positive people downtown. He is a joy to be around now and I wish you all the best!

Excellent place with a solid menu. I tried it out for my lunch break recently after hearing some great reviews from coworkers. I do recommend calling ahead if going during lunch time. I did this and my order was waiting for me when I arrived. I looked around the space a bit since I had never been and noticed a line quickly form out the door. As soon as you walk in the building the restaurant is to the left. A table with a wonderful assortment of coffee welcomes you. They have a glass case where you can see most of the selections. Everything looks very appetizing. They also carry fresh baked goods, make smoothies, and have an entire snack/medicine situation. Think cafe/convenient store but nicer. I ordered the Greek Chicken Wrap and it was perfect and fresh. I tasted every ingredient and there was a great distribution ratio throughout. The staff was super friendly and even patiently answered all of my friend's questions. I can't wait to return. I hear the hummus is awesome and made fresh.

I am obsessed with this place and lucky for me I work right across the street. I have never had anything I didn't like and I've been getting my lunch here every other Friday for almost 5 yrs now. I would highly recommend their Mediterranean chicken or Greek salad, the Greek chicken wrap, the falafel wrap, the vegetarian platter or just get yourself some hummus and pita but those are just my personal favorites. They also have an awesome selection of sweets and snacks. Everything is always really fresh and delicious! And to top everything off the prices are super reasonable. Highly, Highly recommend! A+++
Pleasantly surprised. I stopped in after work to get a wrap because I knew I wouldn't have time to make dinner. The staff was friendly, I ordered a chicken salad wrap, it was healthy, simple, well seasoned and delicious, I appreciated that there wasn't too much mayo. I'll be back to try the smoothies and baked goods.

I come in here very often early in the am before my shift as i entered the restuaraunt today the staff acted as neither one wanted to serve me so i walked out it sucks because I really love their salads. But I dont think ill be back

I only really go here in desperation. I once got a mocha made without espresso (just a hot chocolate, then, right?) and incredibly burnt milk. When the steamer is screaming, you're doing something wrong. The only good thing I've gotten here is the deluxe falafel wrap, though I feel like "deluxe" is a stretch. The roast beef sandwich was highly questionable. The meat was soggy and as I watched the sandwich being prepared, I saw a tub of what was maybe tomatoes floating and soggy. The employee then cornered the tomatoes and sloshed the liquid out, shaking the tomatoes to get rid of more liquid. I really worry about food handling and storage here... I'll probably only come back for pre-packaged items like chips and sodas just to be safe.

When our firm moved in this building a year ago, I didn't know what to expect from this place because everywhere is so expensive to eat nowadays. But when I went and checked out their menu, I couldn't believe the prices, so reasonable. Then when I tasted some of their wraps, soups, sandwiches, etc., I couldn't believe how great they were, and fresh too. And their customer service is phenomenal. Awesome place to eat!!

This place rocks!! I was visiting from Mississippi and we were looking for something different for lunch. Discovered this gem in downtown Cleveland. The angus beef wrap knocked it out of the park!! Extremely good, and very reasonably priced! Found a new place!!! Returned during our visit at Thanksgiving. Awesome food, great prices, phenomenal service!!!
