The place is comfortable, furniture to make you feel at home while waiting for your drink, however I can not say the same for their service. I have gone to these places a few times and the employees seem to be nice. I have gone to the one in Parma and the one in Middleburg and the employees were helpful and explain to you what is in their drinks with patience. Dropping my daughter off at school this morning I looked a wreck before going home and getting ready for work. I decided to stop in to get a mega tea and this location happened to be close to where I was at the time. I go in and instantly the woman behind the counter asks if I want a mega tea, I say yes, but felt rushed already and no one behind me waiting. I am not completely familiar with what is in the drinks because it seems like different locations have different drinks/specials so I ask her what’s in the tea and the woman explains but doesn’t, she aggressively explained where I couldn’t understand what she was saying, I was completely confused. She seemed annoyed that she even had to explain what was In the drink, I didn’t even want to ask anymore questions at that point. She was rude about it and there were other people just sitting at the bar just watched it. It was actually quite humiliating the way she was speaking to me like I was dumb and everyone staring. I don’t know if I was being judged because of the way I was dressed because I was In Sweatpants and sweater and hair a mess, where everyone else there seemed already dressed and put together for the day, mind you I was just running to drop my daughter off at school, unexpectedly stopping by to grab a drink. When I ordered there was clearly a misunderstanding and when I simply asked her about my drink, instead of correcting it, she had an attitude as if she was checking me- when I simply just asked her to just add another flavor. She asked what flavor with an attitude at that point I said idc just add anything. I just wanted to get out of there at that point.All I wanted was a drink to get my morning going before work, I am a mother, college student, and work, I am always on the go and just needed an energy booster this morning to get my day going. I work hard for my money and don’t have extra money to throw away on something that I won’t end up drinking when I leave. It was so embarrassing. I left feeling like I literally just wanted to cry in my car, it was just so humiliating the way I was being talked to with everyone watching…

Paid for 3 teas that wasn't made properly, tasted like pure water!! Call to explain and get new ones they acted as if they would, but very rude about it. Then I go back to get my new teas and get nothing but attitude and have to repay for my 3 new teas that were made properly. I was charged double for teas that they couldn’t make right in the first place. Very poor service all the way around and highly disappointed. Won’t be back ever again!!

Hands down my favorite nutrition shop; The vibes are always safe and welcoming. The atmosphere is comforting and upbeat. Staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. It’s always so clean and i feel right at home. While the teas are my favorite, shakes, puddings and acai bowls are filling and dont leave you feeling heavy. The acai bowls are the best I've had anywhere (including homemade).If you’re looking for a healthy snack, pick me up or just a change of pace during the day, this is the place to go ?

I love Old Brooklyn Nutrition and all of its menu items & STAFF! Every day requires a mega tea & açaí bowl from here!Everyone’s so welcoming and the atmosphere is extremely laid back! When I’m in a rush, the staff is quick to get me what I’d like and on the days I come in and can hang, they set the tone for a relaxing environment where everyone them & customers all can talk and have a good time!And it’s kid friendly which is awesome bc myYounger kids love going in to see everyone and hang out :) 10/10 recommend stopping in to check it out!

If you don’t have a mega tea a day what are you even doooooing with your life?! Seriously tho, CLEAN AND HEALTHY ENERGY! The mega teas have aloe to aid digestion and collagen bc I don’t want wrinkly skin and there is no “crash” like you get from your Starbucks drinks ? Jacqui and Hayli are always a good way to start my day
