The older lady with glasses had a very nasty disposition. She was mean on the phone and on person. Beware she is a pit bull.. would have rated at least a 4 but she definitely ruin it.. No smile or manners and then couldn't hear what she was saying with her mask on. I will make su4e she's not there if i order.

I went over the weekend I ordered 2 wing dinners I asked for sauce on the fries only. When I opened the boxes the wings had sauce on them as well they were swimming in sauce. I was so upset because I repeated it twice the girl at the window said I got you. Im sure she took my order down right but it was so much loud talking going on they wasn’t paying attention. I wanted to say something but I didn’t wanna wait another hour. I use to love Open Pit I’m never going back. I’m giving 3 stars only cause the food was nice and hot but I didn’t even eat it all so it was a waste.

Open pit is slowly going down the drain, the food isn’t as good as a it use to be. I always loved their coleslaw but the last few times O have gone there it wasn’t good at all. The mac and cheese w s not good, and the fried okra was battered in salt it was like pouring salt down your throat they Xtremely Salty !!! I miss the Old open pit because they cared about the services provided, and the taste of the food it’s like they don’t care anymore!!

Open pit use to be so good I really don’t know what happened but when I order 20 wings n fries yesterday it was so nasty it tasted mushy the sauce didn’t taste the same nomore . It use to be my favorite place to eat now they would never get my money DON’T TRY IT , it’s DISGUSTING . Im very disappointed ? how could you mess up wings n fries ???♀️

They have gone down and the food isn't the same I got an polish boy and it was over cooked and the fries on them was hard but the wings wasn't to bad but why open if you're only going to sell wings polish boys and wings vertical
