Terrible place to work unsanitary conditions, disrespectful management, lazy h.r workers they play the blame game an use I don't know check with this person game ,never answer the phone or emails, roaches bugs ,the whole facility is dirty and dated ,bread moldy employees don't speak English long hours no breaks slave mentality no compassion for employees they need the health inspector an the city to shut them down permanently

I like their bakery goods because they don’t make me sick like other ones with soy oil in it them. But I buy steak and sausage sandwich rolls a lot, and for the last year, they never make it past two days. it doesn’t matter what the expiration date is they get moldy a week before that I’m tired of it. I’m very upset because the Orlando brand is one that doesn’t give me issues, but I can’t keep spending five or six dollars for one or two rolls that I get to eat when I paid for six rolls. So I’m done with the brand. When I called about the issue, they said there had been some kind of problem with the production facility. But it’s been long enough now for them to fix it. I just bought another bag of rolls, and they’re moldy two days later, but the expiration date is July 30th - a whole week from now - so that’s it - Never buying Orlando again. Which again, is really upsetting, because they don’t put as much filler or bad ingredients in their food as other brands, so it’s one of the few white flour products I can eat. But I wasted probably $100 this past year and a half buying the sausage and steak rolls only to get to eat one or two. I’ve bought at least 20 bags of these that go moldy at least a week before the expiration date! So I *have* to find another brand to buy, I can’t keep trying or giving chances to Orlando brand. Goodbye forever.

Worst of the worst, spent most of their time doing nails in the office or on break for dock workers, forgot to load a pallet, wanted me to turn around and come back, did not install load locks. You dock with doors closed so no way to know they didn't place the two load locks left there. Couldn't expect much if you miss a pallet, 2 in a row if last row has one, then you missed something. Kindergarten math!!! Oh yeah, office lady had time to do nails but no time to call driver and say your paperwork is ready. But would call driver wanting them to spend 5 hours on a return back to bump dock again. Gee, I can't take 2 seconds to do my job, but I expect you to take 5 hours to fix our mistakes. Would give 0 stars if possible. Oh, marked the papers all wrong too, middle 3 is second drop, not 3rd. Too much time spent dilly dally at this place than doing their jobs. My advice, spend more time working and less time with personal stuff and these incompetent and unprofessional mistakes won't happen!

The changes you have made to your products have made them mold before your best buy date of 1/14. Went to use these on 1/11 and there was mold. Wasted money.

I see Orlando got rid of their Oops bread. That was the best bread out there for a reasonable price. Now their hearth baked steak and sausage rolls, which I believe are the same as the Oops are selling for twice the price. What a rip off.
