I recently visited this Japanese restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The guy at the front desk was next level rude. When I asked simple questions, he would respond in a way that was difficult to understand, as if he couldn't be bothered to help. His attitude was dismissive, and I felt unwelcome from the moment I entered. It was honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. I've never experienced such a lack of courtesy in any establishment, let alone a restaurant where the customer should be treated with respect. It was so disappointing, especially since I had heard good things about the food. I hope the management addresses this behavior, as it truly overshadowed what could have been a decent dining experience.

I had the Jigoku(11) ramen. I got the extra spicy version, it wasn’t too spicy but I would definitely recommend. The soup was very flavorful. I also got the pork belly, the meat was amazing. The staff is very friendly too.

Had the jigoku ramen with mild spice level and the veggie spring rolls. The ramen was not very spicy so next time I’d definitely get the extra spicy! Overall decent meal and the staff were lovely.
Been here multiple times, it is my staple place to go for Ramen or just when visiting downtown. The workers are super friendly and the food is always on point. I recommend the Torikatsu. There's also a cheap parking lot right across the street, tucked away off the side street there. Everyone I bring here falls in love with this place! Small accommodations for seating so may have to do take out if busy inside. So worth it though! Always better in house though, versus take out.
Parking: Small parking lot is located across the street, behind the building on the main road. It is accessible via the side street right by Otani. It is shared with some other small shops and an apartment I believe, but have never seen it filled. I have never paid more than $5 when parking here to dine in. It is card only though, no cash.
