When I want something fast but healthy, this is my first choice for me and my daughter. The vegetable options are a win for me, the place is always clean enough to dine in. I can say that some of the staff can have better attitudes, and some people give you the healthy portion that you pay for and some give you a lot less, and you can see the difference from one plate to the next when different people are making food and there is a line. they should all give the same portions. As you can guess it is the employees with the attitudes that give less food lol, other than that I would recommend.

Went through drive through. The young at the window was rude. I placed an order and wanted to addd to my order. I asked for additions. She let the window close in my face. Did not
apologize and never said thank you or anything.. I feel this is very bad customer service.

I went through the drive-thru and I really didn't know how to order there was no assistance from the person at the drive-thru I finally was able to order pulled up to the window and want it a spring roll additional to my order that was a problem with the little Muslim girl at the window she slammed the window shut and walked off never answering my question then added a spring roll to my order and that was it she had no idea she was talking to another Muslim a national how we treat each other or the public

Food is acceptable when it’s done right. Delivery is a nightmare. They use door dash. Dashers act like they will get you a refund when your order is wrong, but they just say that to get a better cash tip…twice dashers claimed they would help me get compensated for incorrect orders, both times it never happened and the store doesn’t answer their phone ever. I have never been compensated for missing items, this time I disputed with y credit card company. I shouldnt have to go through all this to simply get charged for what I received.

If it wasn’t for the kind young lady who check me out . I’m sure this would be my absolute last time coming . The first young woman with the red puff bun just stingy and unpleasant. People spend money we do NOT have to spend . Not asking for above and beyond service just regular hello, how can I help you ? Have a nice day . Simple. The young lady with the black face covering is the only pleasant person in there. Give her a raise and train the others please !!!!

I went yesterday arrived at 9:20 when it says the dining room does not close until 9:30, the door was already locked. I knocked on the door everyone in there acted like they didn’t see me. A lady came to the door yelling telling me to go through the drive through, I explained that it was not the cut off time yet. She wouldn’t let me in. I went and sat in the drive through just for me to get to the window & all they had is white rice, no fried rice or lo mein! All of that could’ve been prevented if they would have never shut down earlier than supposed to. This place has very poor management. Wouldn’t recommend!
