Was driving home from Cleveland and fiancé wanted to Panda Express, so we stopped by here. We loved our experience! Mike did an amazing job, had a smile on his face, was happy to serve us and we just loved his energy and charisma! Definitely will be coming back just because of how awesome Mike was! Thank you Mike!

Usually pretty pleased with the food but today was an exception. Ordered a plate with broccoli beef and a grilled teriyaki chicken. Chicken is great but there is literally one piece of beef and a whole pile of broccoli.

In mobile orders, the portions of the meals are not given as they should be. I went in and showed this plate and the answer I got was this; “That's all we have left, we put in this much, if you want to wait for Grill Chicken Teriyaki, you have to wait 25 minutes”.. If you are out of a product, you suggest one of the other options. Putting the crumbs left at the bottom of the pot on the plate and defending it is very amateurish and funny.

Want to give our server Morgan a shout out great customer service amazing patience skills knowledgeable about the foods flavors and the level of spicyness in the food will definitely like her services again. Worst asian food I've ever had, hands down. There's like no meat on the their orange chicken, it's just overly breaded styrofoam, the rice is undercooked and rock solid, and the sauces are overly sweetened or salted. If I'm going to eat something unhealthy, at least it should taste good, but this is far from it, never going there again.
